Lovely shopping experience with great staff who are competent, Knowledgeable and friendly.

We had to return a kitchen item which was faulty the person that served us was very nice and polite as we have never returned anything before as we had never had any problems with anything we have bought from you as we where a bit anxious but soon put at ease

Hi all,Visit 2 times a week,Once with the grand children and secondly a time to think relax and buy.The staff are so kind and welcoming.

This morning coffee served in cold cups, promised scones freshly baked but the ones we had been frozen. Unable to get a Toastie before 11.30 am, Costa serve them from 7am. Go in find a table, and then back to order and then coffee delivered. Utter nonsense !! Givt it a miss next time for sure.

Being able to find some bargains . After an expensive christmas. Always enjoy going to Dobbies usually at Preston, but sometimes at Southport and Derby.
Enjoy our coffee and two for one offers on scones.

The shop was great, the chap at the till was really good. He was knowledgeable, dealt with my query, nothing was too much trouble, and he dealt with everything speedily. I think his name was Frasier?
The cafe has really nice things, but the tills are so slow, and there's always loads of plates still on the tables. There is an elderly lady on tables and she is fantastic. The whole cafe is frustratingly slow, you are forever queuing.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, found what I was looking to purchase with ease. Offered a Dobbies loyalty card at the till from which I saved money off my purchase.

Dobbies, Preston is such a lovely shopping experience. From chutneys to camillias. From books to begonias. And to cap our visit off your delicious fish finger sandwiches.

Always pleasant staff and fabulous things to purchase

Lovely displays in both Christmas and plant sections. The staff are always nice and friendly. The only thing that is wrong at the Preston site is the smell of bad drains in the ladies toilets. it is always bad even though the toilets are clean..

We went to Dobbies at Preston this afternoon for afternoon coffees at 2.30pm. Disappointed that we had to wait over 30 minute just to get a table even though restaurant didn’t look particularly busy. Tables are not cleared and cleaned quick enough, difficult to find a clean, empty table

Not the best visit. There are lots of Christmas and household items plus the normal garden centre products and a small sainsburys.
Unfortunately many of the Christmas items were unpriced. I am disabled and walk with 2 crutches - many aisles and walkways were blocked preventing me from looking properly.
We visited the restaurant and the staff were very brusque, bordering rude. There were staff members wandering round the restaurant area but only 1 till in operation so there was a long wait to pay and then an even longer wait for food to arrive.
We've visited this outlet several times before and not had any issues but this visit was far from good.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice environment .
We came to shop today because of the 30%off offer.

Lots of lovely Christmas items. Nice restaurant area and of course the great selection of plants. Topped off with friendly helpful staff.

Thought we’d go to do dobbies for a browse round and a coffee.
Didn’t start well as I couldn’t find a trolley that didn’t have a mind of its own, has no one at dobbies heard of WD40?
Then we went for a coffee and cake. That should be easy as that was all they were able to serve at the time, not a problem and it wasn’t very full. Yes there was a problem, several in fact. Most of the tables hadn’t been cleared so we found one with just a couple of cups on it that we could move. So, then I went to the till to order only to be told that there was a half hour wait for drinks!! I didn’t even reply to the cashier as I was so angry I didn’t want to say anything to her as it probably wasn’t her fault.

Everything easy to find, good selection of things that I needed. The store was clean..
