Love this Dobbies! Staff always friendly and helpful!

Always a pleasure to shop there the girls are always friendly.. I can always find what I want.. And having 2 cups of coffee a month with my card is a lovley treat

Lovely day at dobbies. Took advantage of my membership birthday card and enjoyed coffee and cake and cream tea on the house. Scone was delicious as was the bannoffi cake. Then a whiz around to pick up some plant pots and plants for the patio with membership discount on the plants. Staff in restaurant and at the tolls were super friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable visit.

Would have given zero. If you have a dog do not visit as they are dog haters . We were forced to leave the cafe whilst trying to feed a baby . We had our beloved pooch with us who is well behaved

We often visit Dobbies at Hyde end road, we always get decent plants at reasonable prices, this time we also visited the cafe a pleasant experience, as well as the usual plants there are many other items on sale.
Staff are friendly and helpful also they know what they are talking about if you have any queries.

Easy shop, quick friendly check-out, so no problems!

Unfortunately the stock for keeping my garden up and running is not readily available in certain areas. Plants are in abundance but not being attended to properly ie compost being used to grow plants in is bone dry and plants are not in a very good condition. More care needed.

Lovely well looked after plants and shrubs friendly knowledgeable staff and yummy cakes in the coffee shop.whats not to like ..highly recommended

How many times do I need to submit a review asking for potholes to be repaired to make it easier for wheel chairs ??????? What is the point of asking a question that you refuse to address ??? Will you pay for repairs to my wheelchair when a wheel snaps off ???

Well mannered and very helpful staff. Customer Service is obviously a high priority for the team at this site.
Also visited the restaurant as well - again very nice staff who had time to actually have a conversation. Well done.

Not the garden centre fault but offer emailed out to all card holders not available. Head Office didn't keep centres informed so there must have been many disappointed customers.

Well stocked with plant,s and friendly helpful staff---and you can collect point,s on your purchases.

POSITIVES - Excellent choice of greetings cards.

NEGATIVES - No trolleys in garden area, meaning you have to return to
outside the entrance to find one.
No sanitiser/handwash as you enter to food shop, having
touched all sorts of things in the garden area and elsewhere.

The shopping experience ceased good but had intended having a drink and cafe closed before 3pm on weekday

Fabulous jubilee afternoon tea- plenty of food, great staff, friendly, attentive and ready to help with any request

We had a good experience , we went looking for plants and found enough for our needs. We were served very pleasantly at the checkout . Thank you

Dobbies, Shinfield, Reading is a super garden centre, plenty of parking, fantastic selection of everything you need for the garden. Plus service with a smile - thank you.

My visit to the garden centre on Tues 7th June, was different this time,
The Restaurant had only 2 staff on, and it got busy, poor loves found it hard to cope,
