Took grandchildren for drinks and also bought seeds for birds. Disappointing that no longer serve baby chinos as told might be too hot for children.

I found a lot I liked but you are…

I found a lot I liked but you are expensive compared to other garden centres for your plants and to many get left to dry up , I have had a lot of plants and trees and over all pleased but would like better deals on bedding and basket plants , the pet section is good and gifts.

Good service

The staff in the Spencer’s Wood branch are always helpful and curtious including the staff in the Café.

The checkouts are always the least…

The checkouts are always the least favourite part of the experience. It's not the staff as those who serve are pleasant enough, but it gets very congested with the big garden centre trollies and usually only 1 checkout open.

Expensive

It’s getting to expensive and the plants don’t look in good condition the only good thing is the restaurant.
