Close down - please . Hold my refund over 4 days and keep seying will take 14 days to get my money back, only because they can't provide product on time. Staff there don't know what they doing.

Run down staff don’t have a clue what’s going on the whole place is dirty dusty and gloomy, very poorly managed and organised not surprised at all considering the attitude and demeanour of the manager Harriet or Hannah I think her name was. Just all together awful glad it’s closing I will never be back

Great festive afternoon tea with great personal service from Olivia.

To many employees are clueless about plants and in a garden Center this is unacceptable.
You employ to much on cost not on knowledge

Helpful Staff, lots of plant choice plus the added bonus of a few outlet shops, and the cafe, which is excellent.

Very big range of plants but the uncover premises are easily flooding make access in some parts inaccessible
The prices are also a bit high

I visited the rugby dobbies garden centre today and was left very disappointed. Everything inside the store has moved around which gave it a refresh but then when I went to look round at Waitrose most of the fridges where empty or filled with drinks so I would still have to go to the main supermarket further away to get items I would normally get from Waitrose. The soft play area is still closed which left my granddaughters very disappointed and the food at the cafe was very slow to come out and wasn’t particularly warm. When I went to the bathroom only two Womens cubicles where open and one had no toilet roll in it and the other was very dirty with toilet roll all over the cubicle and the toilet was blocked so that was very unpleasant. I also noticed when leaving the bathroom along the wall by the cafe I could see mould coming above the plant pots which I was glad I had seen after I had eaten and I will not be eating at Dobbies again.

Dobbies Rugby - an extremely disappointing visit Monday 8th April to the Cafe, which was such a shame because, at that stage, our visit to Dobbies had been enjoyable. My wife had just bought a pair of shoes at Cotton Traders, served very professionally and in a well-informed, communicative manner by the Manageress.
So, early afternoon, we decided to visit the Cafe. Reasonably busy, well presented, clean and tidy multi-tabled area, we settled for table 23. At the till, I was attended to quite quickly by a tall young man. I had difficulty in understanding him, having to ask him several times to repeat his questions. No! I am not deaf!I had ordered a large Hot Chocolate for my wife, a pot of tea for myself, and a toasted cheese and tomato Panini for us to share.
The same young man delivered our order, placing the tray on our table and walking away. The Hot Chocolate had slopped, filling the saucer and covering the outside of the entire cup. My wife waved her hand to attract the attention of the young man. We are convinced that he feigned not to notice her several times, then eventually acknowledged my wife’s wave, and came to our table. My wife pointed out the state of the Hot Chocolate and requested serviettes to mop up the spillage. The young man should have apologised, removed the offending drink, and returned with a replacement Hot Chocolate drink. But no! Without a word, he walked away, returned with 4 green serviettes, placed them on the table, and, without a word, walked away!
Customer Service! What Customer Service! It was the indifferent arrogance of the young man that upset us.
Needless to say we then did not enjoy our £13+ purchases - the Hot Chocolate was messy and of poor taste, the pot of tea, with a single tea bag, was weak, and the Panini, though palatable, reflected our experience…it stuck in our throats.
Consequently, Dobbies Cafe of Rugby, a return visit is certainly unlikely!

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very dog friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

I am aware that you are dog friendly, but surely if you allow Dog's in the restaurant, they should be in the outside area, very unhygienic in the main restaurant, it puts us off having a meal at Dobbies, with Dog's all around. Especially as we like coming to Dobbies.

Dobbies at Rugby. Yet again a 25 minute wait for my free coffee, is it really worth it. Why parents with children going to the ball park have to queue for entrance payment in the food queue is beyond me. Surely they can pay at the tills, and there must be a computer system that allows them to order food whilst watching their children play. One person on the till taking orders and one person making the drinks, come on isn’t it obvious you need more staff. By the time I had ordered my drinks there were 20 people plus behind me in the queue. I don’t want an apology, I want the service improved,.

We enjoy visiting this garden centre. It gives us a boost to see seasonal plants at their best, attractively displayed. The staff are friendly and welcoming both in the garden centre and in the restaurant. We are club card members which means we can enjoy the perks of free hot drinks and birthday treats in the restaurant. The cappuccinos are really good at the Rugby Dobbies.

Took nearly 30 minutes to purchase one item. The checkout operator, in a hurry to process the transaction applied the customer discount for the customer in front of us to our bill which the required the office to sort out. These mistakes can happen of course but the attitude of the operator event prior to this left a lot to be desired.

The shop was freezing!
