Staff always helpful. Good array of stock inside and in the garden area.

Really good could may be consider more staff at rush hour in the restaurant

Good choice as always, and had a look around and made purchase at franchise stores within Dobbies

We didn’t look around the garden centre. Our reason for visiting was to use the cafe. Unfortunately, we abandoned our intention to have a second drink after spending over 10 minutes queuing.

It was great fun the roof windows take 3 to 4 min to close so we got rained on inside was fine it was only a bit love the rain they were busy mopping up

Well laid out and on a par with other garden centres on prices.
The only thing letting it down is the cafe,not very efficient!.

The top dressing we purchased fOr our lawn, which is supposed to be 💯 natural is appalling contains glass, plastic, a screw and what look like food bags. Child friendly pet friendly really!!! Not Impressed and being fobbed of by customer support is a bloody joke hope your happy DOBBIES.

Expensive but good range & quality products. Insuficient cashiers at till on my last 2 visits.

Really bad system..I went in the food area..and picked up a drink..got seduced by a few other things and ended up at the butcher counter..had to wait a while as only one lady serving..when I finally got served she picked through the bits I had chosen and told me she could only take payment for part of my shop..I had to queue again at the main tills to pay for the rest,again only one member of staff there..long wait…I get that there are different franchises but really in this day and age can’t the tills all be used for everything and the computer works out how much for each area. You encourage wandering in the store but the spoil the experience totally at the end. Poor show.

The layout on entering was good- bedding plants all in view straightaway. Staff when asked about a certain plant wasn’t sure but checked with someone else at once! Tills were busy but they called someone to help. Also Cotton Trader’s manager ordered on line for me to collect in store - very helpful. Not sure about free coffee very weak for us so I pay 50p for an extra shot!!

The people were very helpful and professional they answered my questions clearly and were kind.

My husband visited the store today and took his purchase to the tills. The item had no barcode and the poor assistant who was doing her best spent over 20 minutes trying to rectify this although no one else was there to help her and even the radio wasn't working properly. Eventually the staff member manning the radio brought the barcode to the tills which by this time the queue behind him was substantial with at least one person walking out. The one positive outcome from his visit was that as he was trying to load some bags of compost (he suffers from Parkinsons) an employee called Amanda came to help him. This actually wasn't her job but she saved the day Well done Amanda!!

No queue at the coffee!! what a change! trouble is cappacino no longer has any froth it’s lost it’s identity. It’s been like this for months…. Come on girls…

Visited Stapleton today. Toilets are a total disgrace. Toilet paper all over the floor , toilets not flushed and not clean. Washed my hands twice and slathered on hand sanitiser and a shower as soon as I got home! No staff around to report to . The toilets need a revamp and regular clean regime. Will think twice before visiting again!

The cafe queue was long! Not even lunchtime.

The toilet are a disgrace, toilet rolls on sanitary bins. Lime scale on taps many fittings broken and the floor covered in water soaked toilet paper.

I cannot believe they pass legionella water testing or infection control.

Please upgrade. The smell is potent! Men’s too!

Que to get a hot drink is ridiculous, if the staff moved any slower they would be going backwards, this happens a lot, surley the reviews show this and nothing ever changes, sad to say the service here is very poor.
