I cannot speak highly enough of the service from Dodals. Impeccable communication from Sasha, huge flexibility on design and availability, and a staggeringly fast turn-around for a completely bespoke security grille. I'd provided a picture of a design I saw in Spain that I loved, and Ali made it beautifully. It's full of charm and very elegant.

In addition, I installed a new window the day before the grille was due and immediately realised that this was going to impact the fixing area. Ali made absolutely no fuss, merely got out his tools and adjusted the set-up with no extra charge. I'm hugely impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ali and his team to anyone. Thank you!

Live is life

We wanted a modern balustrade, with thin bars and curved corners. Most companies we found in London didn’t offer this service or never got back to us. Others came to see the job but their communication skills and way of working didn’t give us the confidence their output was going to translate into what we were looking for. So when we found Dodals we were so excited they actually understood what we wanted to make. Sasha was so easy to talk to, she went the extra mile to understand our brief and find the bronze colour we needed and researched other products we didn’t even know excited. Ali also went the extra mile and made some prototypes for us, together we finished a design that was not only beautiful but very safe. We love our balustrade, the terrace is now a complete new space for our kids to play, and the whole experience was excellent with a very competitive price too.

We will be using Dodals in all the other metal work we need in the house including the stairs into a new loft next year.
