Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. 🤍 We’re really pleased to hear that you loved the blankets, although we’re sorry that you weren’t as happy with the sleepsuits. We’re incredibly proud of the quality of our products and have many customers who return to us time and time again, but we completely appreciate that fabric preferences can be very personal and not every item will be right for everyone. Regarding your return request, the items purchased were final sale items and therefore not eligible for return. This is stated within our returns policy and applies to all final sale purchases, which is why our team were unfortunately unable to accept the return on this occasion.
We’re sorry that your first experience with us wasn’t completely positive, but we really appreciate your lovely comments about our blankets and hope you continue to enjoy them. 🤍

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your school dress, particularly as you loved the design. The quality you’ve described certainly isn’t what we would expect from our products. If your dress has arrived with loose threads or you believe there may be a quality issue, we would always encourage you to contact our customer service team with your order details and some photos so that we can take a look and help resolve this for you. We also have a 14 day return policy, therefore if you are unhappy with them please to not hesitate to return them, if you are in the timeframe. We’re genuinely sorry that your order hasn’t met your expectations on this occasion and would really appreciate the opportunity to look into it for you. 🤍

We apologise that you weren’t happy with the quality or fit of the items you received. We sell thousands of pieces and are incredibly proud of the quality of our clothing, with many of our customers returning to us time and time again. We do, however, appreciate that sizing and personal expectations around fabrics and fit can vary. Regarding your return, reduced sale items are not eligible for return, which is stated within our returns policy and applies consistently to all customers purchasing from our sale. We’re also sorry to hear you felt our customer service wasn’t good. Our team always aims to be friendly, helpful and transparent, while following the policies in place. It’s disappointing that we weren’t the right fit for you on this occasion, but we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. 🤍
