Please do not travel with this company. They have no management in the foreign country. They outsource to other companies there. Worst trip ever to Tashkent. I made a booking with them to Tashkent for 45 people on Newyear 2024, they had to book our hotels, food and sightseeing. They made the worst possible arrangements for food, sightseeing and New Year evening also they made terrible 3rd class arrangements. They outsourced everything to a Tashkent based company and didn’t know anything in advance. They take all the money in advance so that we can’t make any changes nor suggestions.
DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM, THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM

Excellent service by Dook.. very quick in response!! Very efficient staffs.. they will arrange anything that we tell them. And the rates are also reasonable.. we went to Russia in 2023 and singapore in 2024. Both were amazing trips!!!

DOOK - THE RULING KING OF CIS COUNTRIES
Me and my family travels every year, and we have selected DOOK TRAVELS to make packages for us as it is the most reliable company I have seen so far. The team coordination in India and other destinations as well are fabulous. Be it services, hotels, foods, arrangements of DOOK are Excellent. Great Experience
It was an amazing experience travelling the world with Dook. Agents are very professional and most trusty. They manages each and everything very professionally without any issues. All of my colleagues were very satisfied. Travelling with Dook is the best experience i had ever had in my life. Mesmerizing and adventurous. Well organised trip
It was a brilliant coordination with dook international for our trip to Russia and Uzbekistan. I would like to thank entire team starting from my package booked by Ms Akanksha, Mr Alex in Russia and Mr Umar in Uzbekistan . Guide was very co-operative and very well organised and coordinated.

I've been to Almaty, Russia and Baku personally with Dook Travels Pvt LTD, the service and the offers are really great in the entire market, had faced delay in reply but now they've come up with agent connect which is very reliable website with the ready made packages and rates just need to create a login for it. I've pitching all the destination of Dook to my clients had have faced almost no complaint till now.
