Jâai trouvé un billet en derniÚre minute pour le musée Van Gogh à Amsterdam. Ma premiÚre date nâétait pas disponible jâai été contactée dans la foulée sur whatsapp et ils mâont envoyé un billet pour 2j plus tard (et ça me convenait).
Quand on sây prend à la derniÚre minute pour acheter de billets déjà épuisés sur les sites officiels il faut être prêt à ce que cela ne fonctionne pas: sinon on pourrait acheter les tickets « normaux ».
Moi jâai trouvé lâentreprise pro et réactive et le prix du ticket raisonnable pour un achat derniÚre minute : 40 euros au lieu de 25 euros.

We have booked a travel with Thrilophilia for Europe, just after 3 days I met with an accident and got leg injury, due to this my travel got cancel as I am not able to walk properly, we reached out to their team and mentioned about this incident and requested for cancelation, we have also sent an email stating the same,
Since then noone is responding on our calls and only one email response stating that we will check and revert, despite sending 5/6 reminder team is least bother to reply
We have paid 2,64,345/-
Booking has been taken by Shubham Shukla and he is not responding on our calls and emails.
As a last resort we will launvh a police complaint if we do not received any response or confirmation within 48 hours from now.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Thrillophilia throughout the process.
From the very beginning, the level of customer support, coordination, and assistance provided by their team was highly unsatisfactory. Support reachability was poor, responses were either significantly delayed or unavailable when needed, and the overall guidance offered during the booking journey fell far below basic service expectations.
As customers, we relied on their team for professional assistance and timely updates; however, the experience we received was frustrating and lacked accountability. Instead of a smooth and supported booking process, we were left struggling to get proper communication and meaningful assistance from their representatives.
Due to this experience:
We will not be booking with Thrillophilia again in the future.
We will not recommend their services to our friends, colleagues, or professional network.

They do not offer refunds and are generally totally untrustworthy. I would stay well clear of this operation and buy tickets direct from the actual operator if you want to actually gain entry to the attraction.
8 Day Leh-Laddakh Tour - April 2026
LehâLadakh is one of the most breathtaking destinations in the world, but this experience was significantly undermined by what appeared to be cost-cutting by Thrillophilia.
When specific promises are made during the booking processâwhether related to vehicles, accommodations, or overall experienceâthey must be honored. Failing to do so not only diminishes the trip but also erodes customer trust.
Starting with false promises for car provided (Promised Innova or Xylo and provided older Ertiga) to downright poor accommodations at Pangong Lake and Hanley, the experience and ability to reach customer care for any kind of reasonable solution was not even an option.
If maximizing profit comes at the cost of customer experience, it is not a sustainable approach. I strongly urge both Thrillophilia and Geographic Tours to take this feedback seriously and ensure that what is promised during sales is actually delivered on the ground.

Just got back from Spain. I brought tickets for something we've wanted to see for ages the le familiar. I was sending messages about my e- ticket I never got before the day so on the morning we was going I had to message again only to be told I haven't got any I will get refunded. And next time go threw the cathedral it's self. In that case why are you selling the tickets and telling people to go elsewhere. Ruined the trip . Yet again still not been round it...

Since I was travelling with children so he curated the trip accordingly. My children were so happy to explore the abode of clouds- Cherrapunji, Dawki, & Shillong local market. Though we could not go to Mawllynnong due to Sunday but it was ok. We also like to express our gratitude for the driver assigned for the trip, Mr Hiren Deka. He was very polite & professional. Also, shared some knowledge about the local cuture which was really helpful. When we travel with kids, safety is the first thing that we look for and driver made us fell safe & secure throughout the trip. Accomodation were really good & spacious and last one near the local market which I found very convenient. Impossible to Get Support for Rejected Booking Worst customer support experience
Worst customer support experience. Their WhatsApp bot is completely broken, it asks for an email, doesn't recognize the booking ID I provide, and then expires the session within the same minute. I just booked a visit to Casa Batlló in Barcelona, with a ticket price of â¬24 per person. They cancelled the booking the first time, and I thought it was a system error since they refunded me. I booked again, but they cancelled the booking once moreâand this time, they didnât refund my 48 euros!
Their customer service is ridiculous, and it feels even more like a scam. They also cancelled without giving any reason and then increased the price on the website. It seems like a phishing scam.
I will do my best to leave negative reviews everywhere

I have just booked an international trip with them, scheduled about 2 months from now, and I feel scammed already! It is unfortunate how ruthlessly uncivil their sales representatives are. Till the time the booking was not finalized, they chase you like a duckling. The moment the booking is finalized, they ignore you completely. I am apalled at the lack of basic manners of the employees. I understand that this salesperson has met his target and now does not give two hoots about customer satisfaction. However, the bare minimum responsibility would be to direct the customer to the next line of operation, right? But they like to go the way of absolute neglect instead. Slow clap to Thrillophilia team, for thinking they can call themselves a business. They are literally just a fancy website designed to hook travel lovers. Stay aware. ð

Very disappointing experience with Thrillophilia while booking our Spiti trip. There was a lack of transparency around the itinerary and stay details, which were not shared despite requests. Travel options were not clearly explained, and we were only pushed towards booking a Tempo Traveller. Additionally, the cancellation policy was misrepresented â we were informed that a 50% deduction would apply if cancelled 15 days prior, but upon cancellation, we were told there would be no refund. Very disappointing and not trustworthy.
