I've used doomsday over a few years and its worth noting that its a small team and is tied with high dive apparel. I ordered a fleece sent multiple emails and got a reply on Instagram from high dive apparel who let me know some garments are technically made to order as they're embroidered by hand by a small team. The delivery will take longer than expected however you can still expect to get a quality piece of clothing.

After emailing many times, I have raised it as a dispute with my bankâŠ. And itâs been disputed by the seller!! Yet I ordered on 28th November 2025. No emails no order. Got a £10 âsorry voucherâ before Christmas and so my husband ordered again using itâŠ. That was on Christmas Day and shock horrorâŠ. No T-shirt has arrived again! No emails or explanations ð€¯ð. Yet I still get promotional emails. I can only take from that that poor buggers are probably still placing orders and not getting them. I mean I think thatâs either a scam or fraud right?!
ZERO customer service
Ordered on 11/27/25. It is now 1/20/26 and no sign of clothing. Filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back since Jamie is clearly unwilling to respond to anyoneâs emails. Donât oversell if you canât produce. Iâve gotten great clothing from them before and was excited for this order, but I have a feeling I will never get it. Donât waste your money folks.

I placed my order on 28 November. According to the website FAQs, delivery should take 2 to 4 weeks, but this timeframe was not respected. The order was only dispatched on 17 January, and at the time of writing, it still has not arrived.
During this period, I emailed Jamie more than four times. I received only one response, which was a general apology email sent in December to all customers explaining there were delays. None of my follow-up emails were answered. I also asked where I could submit a complaint or leave a review, but this message was never replied to, and I had to search for that information myself.
I spent â¬100 on this order, which makes the lack of communication and transparency particularly disappointing. At this stage, I do not have confidence in the quality of the product, although I will update this review once the package is finally received.
This is especially frustrating as I chose to order here instead of continuing to purchase from Hobojack, where I have ordered multiple times in the past without ever being disappointed.

My order was purchased following the Black Friday sales. I offered understanding that they are a small operation. Unfortunately, not only was my order over a month late, the company had packed the wrong size(too small).
I sent an email to âJamieâ and am yet to receive a reply. Iâm unsatisfied with the service and product that I received.

Ordered a pair of canvas pants on the 28th of November. It is now the 17th of January and Iâve heard nothing. Iâve sent emails and reports through shopify and Iâm still stuck scratching my head if will even get my money back at this point.
Iâve ordered a few times from doomsday and have never had issues.

I finally bought the green hoodie I've been on the fence about and a crop tank on Jan 4th 2026. 9 days later no confirmation of the purchase, no shipping information, but my $150 was withdrawn within a day. It seems like this guy is doing a lot on his own so I am hoping he's fulfilling the order. I'll come back and update either way but so far its not looking good.

Similar to other comments, ordered 10th December and then heard absolutely nothing despite emailing Jamie several times for an update on my order. Order still not arrived. How can a company run with such an appalling lack of customer service?
Have also now emailed requesting a complete refund as order still hasnât arrived but again heard nothing from Doomsday or Jamie. Such a shame as previous items received, a few years ago now, were great quality.
Wonât be ordering from High Dive again either.
Better quality
Although it took a while to receive our order, we love our shirts! We have ordered from doomsday a few times over the years but seems like the quality has gotten way better! Our first order has faded bad over the years but seems like these will hold strong! After getting my order a few days ago I just put in another order now I feel the quality is better!

Would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on the 28th of November. Itâs now January 12th, and the order has just arrived.
I had contacted the seller on 3 separate occasions asking for an update on when the package is due to arrive, and additional info re returns if needed. There was 0 correspondence back. Understandably it was Christmas time, and also after Black Friday so they probably were very busy with orders. The order was also for a gift for Christmas, which obviously did not arrive on time at all. However not to receive any information at all is extremely disappointing. I eventually sought out a refund through Revolt and the issue was resolved.
Have ordered from this company previously about 1.5 years ago, and the items are not as of high quality. The prints are not as vibrant, and the base T-shirts are made of a cheaper material. Overall, donât waste your time.

I ordered two shirts at the end of November as Christmas presents. At this point, they were still being advertising as deliverable in time for Christmas.
However, by 12 December, Iâd received no order update or dispatch e mail, so I sent several enquiry forms and e mails looking for an update. I then requested to cancel the order on December 20, having heard nothing back.
To date, Iâve still had a) no order b) no dispatch date c) no confirmation of cancellation. I did receive a somewhat intense e mail to all customers from the company on 24 December offering explanation, but no real update on the situation.
Fortunately, I was able to issue a chargeback last week as a month had passed, and I got my money back straight away.
If seems like the new owner has bitten off more than they can chew and hasnât managed to right the ship.
Good Quality goods, communication quality bad
I ordered in November an item for my husbands Christmas gift. I read the website, and it stated it would be 5-7 days before I would receive it. I had no update for weeks, even after chasing. Jamie finally emailed me to state the item would be sent the following week and apologised due to being overwhelmed with orders... Which would have been fine, except it didn't happen.
I emailed multiple times and had no further response. I advised I was requesting my money back as the item wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas - I had to do this through the bank as Jamie would not contact me back and I was fed up.
Only for the item to be sent out on CHRISTMAS EVE, with 48hr tracking - bit of a p**s take
I'm now having to go through the ordeal of the bank as the item has now arrived even though I emailed Jamie and said I didn't want it as it would be after Christmas (out of stubbornness)
Even though all this happened, the item is good quality - my partner is very specific with fabric.
But due to the customer service experience, I am very reluctant to order again.
