Unfortunately after buying and installing door stop doors for probably 15-20yrs the standard has dropped immensely. Every other door that arrives is damaged or assembled wrong. For example cracked... もっず芋る

We have had two Door-Stop composite doors for over 12 years & they look as good today as they did when they were first fitted. Recently the end caps of the drip bar at the bottom of the door fell away... もっず芋る

Our door leaks through glass panels 


Our door leaks through glass panels lock cover falls off and Door stop won't help. They say nothing to do with them contact supplier. Yet they made the door.
I advise anyone who is getting a new door DON'T get ONE MADE BY DOOR STOP!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY !

PLEASE DO NOT BUY !! We are having the same problem as everyone else. Our 1 year old doorstop door keeps dropping and hits on the side and does not shut properly. I contacted their customer service who said the 10 year warranty is only valid with the fitter. So unless you can guarantee your fitter will not die , go into liquidation or refuse to keep coming out to adjust it your warranty is worthless. DO NOT BUY !!!

Very poor quality

My door is less than two years old and the locking mechanism has broken. The door and and panel is generally of low quality. Frame is flimsy. The company claims item has no warranty with end user, and will not help.
