Dorsaneehair レビュー

Never received hair or a refund. Will Never purchase from here again.

I kept seeing a 30 inch water wave wig advertised for a beginning of the year flash sale.. tired to research the company before buying the wig for 189.00. As soon as I took the wig out the bag I knew it was not 30 inches. Measured the hair stretched ..on the frontal I got about 16 inches from lace to tip.. middle of the wig I got about 23 inches fully stretched and the last weft of hair sewn on the wig I got a few strands measuring 26 inches fully stretched. The company had turned commenting off on their social media pages and I now find this to be a huge red flag. Am trying to find a way to send this back and get a refund . Very disappointing.

I absolutely love this hair. It is so natural looking and I’ve had it now for months and it seems like it gets better with time. It is very thick and sturdy. Very well made.
I ordered their V part kinky straight hair.
I originally ordered a Upart by mistake and the customer service was so well that they changed it with no charge.
The unboxing was everything. It came in a nice wig box that had a magnet inside was a silk bag the wig a wig band. A head band and lots of other goodies.
I can not complain at all. Thank you so much!
I will def be ordering again

really great wig, came with an edge brush, hd wig cap, and a lace band i love it!! and the customer service was quick and very helpful!!

I’m so happy with my order! Hair was soft, it looked natural and thick. I love it!
Also more than content with the costumer services. I had to change my shipping address. The woman helping me reacted so quickly, she was very nice, helping and patient.

Grateful 😊

Definitely a recommendation! 🤝

Perfect hair, matched the description. Customer service team responded to my queries and received the item in good time.

DON’T WALK, RUNN!!! Dorsanee Hair is amazing!!! The package of the hair exceeded my expectations. The density of the hair was thick and the inches matched what is advertised on the website. Not to mention their customer service is top notch! They responded to my email in a timely manner, answered all of my questions, and tried their best to have my package delivered before a certain date. I will definitely be ordering from Dorsanee Hair again! My whole experience with Dorsanee Hair has been nothing but great and im so thankful for that!!!

This was my first time purchasing from this company. I got my wig on sale and it was such good quality for the price. I got a 22 inch and there was minimal shedding and no tangling! I loved it so much and I got so many compliments on the hair. It sometimes looked pink in different lighting which was so cute!!

So helpful beautiful products so polite and friendly my product came so fast and it was so easy to order !! Will definitely be using again

Very nice people and the hair was very soft! Would definitely order again.

Customer service, really really great.
Their hair quality is amazing. Like you get what you actually ordered! Couldn’t be more happier with my order.

I wish I could leave a picture to better explain the quality of this wig but I’ll just say that this wig is everything, the inches are very accurate and the wig is not patchy, very full from all sides and THAT LACE, when I tell you this is a wear and go I mean it get this wig asap

I saw dorsanee hair from an influencer's video, and I was so attracted, so I went to the website and bought the same hair style from the influencer, and I was not disappointed, the color is beautiful, I really like this hair

I like their wigs very much. The quality is very good. I have bought them many times. The customer service attitude is also very good.
