Awful delivery service, still not received the products, to the point I’ve given up . Won’t be using again if this is the norm

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Had you contacted us directly, we would have been able to look into this and resolve the issue immediately.
As soon as we became aware of the problem, we raised it with the courier, DX, and they have now addressed the matter. Unfortunately, without being made aware of any issues, we’re unable to step in and help sooner.
We do sincerely apologise, as this is not the level of service we expect our customers to receive, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
