I ordered 10 memorial cards on behalf of a friend who lost her son recently. Only to find I had made an error on the text. Even though the cards were at the printing stage a quick email to the company and the situation was rectified. The customer service by Yvonne was second to none. My friend was so pleased with the quality and presentation of the card she asked me to order another 100 . Thank you 😁

Dotty About Accounts Ltd took over accountancy support of our company for FY 2014-15 from a worthy self-employed predecessor who was nearing retirement. Considerable initial work was needed to ensure matters were in order.
Ever since we have received an admirable service from Dotty About Accounts. The team is efficient, accurate and responsive - answers come by return-of-email. Telephones are answered promptly, and issues dealt with at once or referred upwards when (rarely) necessary. We have ready and most-cordial access to the Head of the company when needed.
The sustainment of services through the Covid-19 pandemic has not faltered. Dotty About Accounts has proven steady and thoroughly knowledgeable in dealing with our furlough arrangements; I do not recall a single mistake.

Having become self-employed last year, I was dreading the thought of completing a self assessment, let alone keeping accounts.

My friend recommended I speak to Helen and her team to see if they could help me, and it has to be one of the most useful telephone conversations I have had!

Helen talked me through everything she would need from me, and she and her team have been friendly, courteous, understanding and very professional and helpful to someone who 'gets' words more than she does numbers!
