Noor Fiaz and the team at GoForma provided exceptional service in preparing the end-of-year accounts. Their meticulous reconciliation of the Director's Loan Account resulted in significant and immediate tax benefits and furthermore their work reduced our Corporation Tax due by approximately 4%. Overall, very pleased with their service.

Jawad was knowledgeable and efficient and helped me to submit my tax return - it was a straightforward process and will use him again.

I find it extremely strange that this company has the star rating it does. Something doesn’t add up. And before they try to remove or bury this review, I’m posting it exactly as it happened.

I originally approached this company under the impression that the software would link to my bank accounts and that I’d receive a 50% discount for the first few months. Yes, I forgot to enter the discount code—but I emailed them within minutes, asking if I should cancel and reopen the account so everything would apply correctly. They told me it wasn’t necessary and that future payments would be adjusted manually. That never happened. Two full-price payments were taken despite their promise to fix it.

On top of that, the bank accounts still wouldn’t link. I have business and personal accounts, and the personal ones simply do not connect to their system. The program itself is extremely basic—little more than a transaction capture tool. You can get far more reliable, comprehensive software from established providers like Sage or similar, with proper support and real functionality. This is nowhere near that level.

Trying to get help is a joke. It takes up to two weeks to speak to someone—and the person you eventually reach isn’t even an accountant. Any accounting question has to be relayed to the actual accountant, which makes the whole setup feel like a small home-run operation without the qualifications or structure they claim to have.

After they took incorrect payments, I issued chargebacks—entirely justified. What I received in return was a series of condescending, patronising emails from the director, which only reinforced how unprofessional the entire operation is.

I’m no longer using them, and I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go find a real accounting program or a real accountant—because this is neither.

UPDATE - 02/12/2025

Based on my experience, this company has not taken responsibility for the issues I’ve encountered. In my view, their handling of accounting matters has been unacceptable, and I believe they attempted to take funds that did not belong to them. I contacted the company through three different email addresses and did not receive any response for nearly two weeks.

I do not write reviews unless I feel it is absolutely necessary, but the lack of communication and the way my situation was handled left me no choice. In my personal experience, the company did not follow through on what they said they would do, and I find the positive feedback they have online questionable.

Additionally, . I also noticed that the company attempted to have my review removed from Trustpilot. Thankfully, Trustpilot has kept it up for now, although it appears the company is still trying to have it taken down.

I am sharing my experience so that others can be aware before using this service. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.
