This review is based on fact & my experience dealing with multiple tradespeople over the years.
Double glazing spares & repairs have without doubt been a very knowledgable company to deal with for the time that they have established themselves & I can assure you I’ve been in this trade a lot longer & can’t help to be impressed with all the staff, especially Steven.
I’ve been knowing to sort all types of Double glazing mainly in Ayrshire & my 1st point of contact for most parts is this wonderful company

DONT TAKE ADVICE AS GENUINE ITS A TRAP. I measured up the window and was pretty much certain of my own sizes but because I've never done a repair on a window before, I wanted to make sure I was right and so the seller advised me a different size after I photo and measure everything for them, and sent pictures, anyway it came and its completely wrong and cant be cut down at all to fit in any way as mushrooms will be missing from ends. asked for free return and refund, refused and said its all my fault even though they advised on purchase, be very careful with this company trying to offload useless stock they cant sell to customers asking for advice on purchase, pointless asking as they just claim its all your fault if its wrong when it arrives and send you silly clause to protect themselves for selling junk to you. in the end i just researched myself and found one that fits perfect, so much for these specialist useless thieves, be very carefull. And as we can see it's even trust pilots fault now. You advice on part based on photos using a tape measure, name of original parts, width, size of everything, your mistake not mine. This is your problem not mine or trust pilot fault and other customers have a right to know your specilist hidden clause that you never mentioned to me before selling a part yo recommended. You still have a chance to refund me and put right your mistake

Ordered a replacement part for old PVC window opener. First part never arrived: shipped same day, but EVRI mislaid and later lost it. Seller responded quickly to my first email and clearly contacted EVRI who responded but didn't follow through; then my second email to seller resulted in a prompt replacement shipment which duly arrived a couple of days later. SO overall the part was much delayed due to EVRI (but I wasn't in a hurry) but the seller responded quick and well. And the part was exactly what I needed - the kitchen window opens and closes once again!

The gearbox on my upvc door failed and as there was no manufacturer’s name or identifiable marks on the case I was unable to establish which part would fit. I sent the dimensions to this company and they requested some images. They quickly identified the exact part and sent me a link to purchase. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Door now works a treat and at a fraction of the prices I was quoted for a tradesman to visit. Many thanks.

A fantastic family run business, which despite an initial problem with my order, and communication difficulties, took responsibility to resolved the issue in a timely manner. The fabulous Nichole dealt with my rather frustrated emails very professionally.

I also received a call from David, the customer service manager who apologised for the error and was extremely helpful in rectifying the issue. For me, the true test of an organisation is their ability to handle situations when things go wrong. Based on my experience here I could not recommend these folks enough.

Finally a company that shows you exactly how to measure up for a replacement handle on a UPVC door. I also felt confident enough to order a replacement handle for a window. I am not trade or keen on DIY but in the current climate I had no choice. Best site, fast service, easy to fit .Excellent.

First time I've used this supplier but no need to worry. Ordered a replacement part on the 21st Mar arrived 23rd Mar. One thing to note the email confirmation went in my spam folder. I chose courier delivery (which wasn't much more money) and UPS kept me up to date.
The part I ordered was a Tilt & Turn lower bracket (Roto Tilt Striker R605 A68) and was an identical replacement - fairy sure it's an original supplier part too. Price seemed comparable to other websites.

Ordered a window mechanism and it only lasted weeks. Contacted company several times and told them it was faulty but they didn’t reply leaving me unable to secure my property. Customer service is absolutely shocking

Brilliant, I need a lock for my UPVC window and being a novice I had no idea only a picture.
I contacted these guys and they let me know exactly what i needed.
Cost me £5 to repair my window rather than £100 for someone to do it for me.
