Avoid Douglas Allen Basildon branch. They failed to check our buyers had the actual funds for the deposit. Smoke and mirrors as to how they let this happen. Branch manager Gregg not interested in how their procedures failed.

We signed up for listing our property with Maureen Grey at the East Ham branch as she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She had a wonderful nature, transparent and professional in ALL aspects of her conduct. The rates offered are great and we are really excited to be on the market for what we hope will be a success.
