I was looking for Hegel's new Dac D50 Raven and found a used one at Dreamcrest Audio. You are always careful when shopping for large amounts online and also so far from Sweden where I live. I checked for reviews on this seller and only found positive ones. So I decided to buy this Hegel. The purchase went through and the Dac was at my house the next day!! From Cyprus to Sweden in one day! Absolutely incredible! Everything was good and the Hegel was in new condition as it was described. I really recommend Dreamcrest Audio.

Mijn ervaring met Dreamcast Audio in Nicosia/Cyprus zijn uitzonderlijk. Ik kocht er vanuit NL via het net een paar Wilson audio WP8’s. Hoewel gebruikt is het nog steeds een flinke investering. Ook het feit dat je eigenlijk alleen maar vanaf een foto op afstand moet beoordelen of het een goede aankoop is maakt het er niet gemakkelijker op. De eigenaar van het bedrijf Nick heeft echter een ongelofelijke prestatie geleverd om aan al mijn controles en wensen te voldoen. Deze man weet echt waar hij het over heeft en mijn ervaring is dat hij eerlijk en betrouwbaar is. De WP8’s werden keurig voor de deur afgeleverd (helaas zonder vooraankondiging van het NL verhuisbedrijf) en staan nu zoals beschreven in nieuwstaat in mijn woonkamer.

My experience with Dreamcast Audio in Nicosia/Cyprus has been exceptional. I bought a used pair off Wilson audio WP8s from via the net. Although used, it is still a significant investment in audio. The fact that you have to judge it from a distance whether it is a good purchase or not, does not make it any easier. However, the company owner Nick did an incredible job of meeting all my checks and wishes. This man really knows what he is talking about and in my experience he is honest and reliable. The WP8s were neatly delivered to my doorstep (unfortunately without prior notice from the Dutch moving company) and are now as described ‘like new’ in my living room.

Excellent communication with Nick. Correct description of the item (new, sealed) and arrived on my doorstep rock solid packed. Overall, buying online from a distance, this has been a perfect experience.

I recently saw a nice offer at DreamCrestAudio in Cyprus for the Moonriver 404 reference.
An amplifier that many people are very enthusiastic about.
I contacted them and from that moment on the contact with the owner Nick went super smoothly.
That gave me a good feeling and that resulted in the purchase of the Moonriver.
A week later the Moonriver was already singing at my place in Amsterdam. A beauty of a device and in terms of sound reproduction a dream that came true for me, partly thanks to Nick's excellent communication and service.
