I didn’t like the fact that…
I didn’t like the fact that communication was very weak and nobody kept me informed. I had to constantly call the office and send emails to attempt to get a response knowing that your client is in a new country and is unfamiliar with everything. However once the driver had made contact the service from you was exceptional - the drive to the marina as well as the cruise arranged and finally the drive back to the marina. 5 stars for that - I do however belive that you guys need to improve communications with clients that have booked reassuring them that all is on track

The company did well
The company did well. Prices good. Driver good. No complain. We enjoyed everything and they did well. Only point is to take into account there is a lot of driving. Spending about 3 hours driving around. So not ideal for everyone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I booked tickets for Universal studios Singapore in Sept for Dec 2025 and not only have they taken full payment, but have not issued the tickets. Have issued a charge back on my card. What a waste of time. Hope you go broke. Absolutely useless and untrustworthy.

Aura invalides Paris
I booked a immersive experience in Paris and three hours before they cancelled and asked if we could attend the next day. I said yes but never heard back from them.

I booked dhowcruise dinner on occasion…
I booked dhowcruise dinner on occasion of my 25th wedding anniversary, confirmation also received of desired schedule but later on that day cancel trip by Dream fly tourism due some technical issue and they offer another option but it was very far from my place so I cancelled. Till today there is no refund amount received. Also phone calls not answering. 😕

Suggestions for Improving the Visitor Boat Trip Experience
The trip should be limited to 45 minutes without a meal. If including a meal is necessary to enhance the attraction, then the quality and variety of items should be improved. Additionally, someone from the management team should brief and guide the visitors about the trip and sightseeing details. Overcrowding should be avoided to prevent overloading the ship and to allow passengers enough space to move around the deck comfortably.
