SCAM!!

Like all the reviews, no items received since placing the order back in December. Several emails to "Ann" : the parcel has just been sent out, it will take a few days for the logistics staff to send us the new tracking number

Nordic Coffee Table ordered in November & still not received.
"Ann" in customer services said it had been dispatched but that there was a fault in th tracking system & she would uodate me within 3 days. "She" had not.
Yesterday (6.2.23) I sent another email to the services email & have just received a failure notice.
Having read other reviews I now
assume I too have been scammed 🤬
My bank contacted me last week about a suspected fraudulent payment request for a different company "red wood" & my card was stopped. I don't know if this is connected but think it might be.

Like others, I also fell for the scam in regards to the robotic cat litter system. Emailed after not receiving the product for over a month, was given a tracking number, and waited some more. Was alerted by Autralia Post that it was on it's way, only to have it move around Sydney for another month. Then, was altered yesterday that it had been delivered - to another state, no where near me...raised another query with Australia Post, and received an email to say it was a stylus pen that had been delivered, wasn't even addressed to me, and was a fraudulent site. Reported to PayPal, and have received a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Item ordered mid December was never received and it is now February I sent several emails to Ann wo replied with false information saying it had been sent out and received then saying it was sent to wrong address they said they would send it again still not received so have now received a refund from PayPal. Terrible company

Placed an order November 28,2022 for a Christmas gift
Never received a tracking number. I emailed January 11 2023 saying I never received my order. Ann mentioned problem with their system tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system. Tracking number will be provided within 3 days. Ann emailed saying Package was delivered in or at the mailbox on December 6th
There is no way package will fit in mail box and there is always someone home to receive package. I feel I am having the same situation as the others who added reviews to warn others

Bought an item. Never received a confirmation email. After a couple weeks I emailed them. First it was an issue with their system and I was told they’d provide a tracking number in 3 days. 3 days passed so I emailed again. Got a tracking number saying it was already delivered (a couple days after purchase). Then they wanted my address so they could redeliver. I asked for a refund. They asked for my address again so they could re-deliver. I insisted on a refund and then they didn’t reply to my emails after that.

I ordered my product on 11th Dec 2022, and heard nothing. Chased up with an email on 7th Jan this year with assurances I would receive a tracking number within 3 days and my item was out for delivery. Here I am on the 21st Jan still emailing and no response from them. I will be contacting pay pal to get my money back

I ordered the bedside table from this company on Dec. 2nd and never received the item. I contacted them by email the other day advising I didn't receive tracking info or the item and requested a refund. Was told I would receive tracking in 3 days. Never received and I filed dispute with PayPal. They closed my dispute saying they received the tracking and item was delivered. It was never delivered and the company never responded in the 3 days to give me tracking. Now I have to dispute again with PayPal!! Very frustrating!!..*update* I just found out the company never listed my address on the shipping,they just put city,state and zip which explains why I never received it. I filed another dispute with PayPal and they refunded my money thank god!

I bought a bedside table with Bluetooth and wireless charger (buy one get 1) for $69.99, well im just glad I used PayPal, if not i would have lost that money for sure!
I waited for over a month, and during this time note even 1 email to confirm my order, delivery instructions, nothing at all!

Stay away from this site as it s one of those...

Saw an automatic cat litter for $34.98 paid 4th Dec 22, nothing received, when I eventually found the website to track the order, it said order not complete, pay a few more $ for delivery. This item is a big parcel, they're not going to send it for less than $4. No email confirmation of the order, no replies to an email I sent. When I looked at their website, they sell wooden spoons, dishes, cups, beakers from $7-$30 each. Automatic cat litters costs hundreds of £s. Luckily paid through PayPal, reported to them and got a refund. Fallen for these websites twice now, always look at trust pilot reviews first before buying!
