Great company and fast service. They responded quickly to my query and provided excellent customer service. The fruit quality was great and well presented.

A good box if you want a change, my expectations were a bit high but this wasnt the right box for me. Will purchase the assortment box next. Would reccomend.

Came very quickly, products are nice, only down side is some of the fruit was over ripe to the point at least 5 Kumquats (1kg order) were smooshed into other ones, there are other ones that are a little too soft but they tasted just as nice. I guess this is what happens with posting ready to eat fruit? But apart from that, if I could give 4 and half stars I would.

Two of my fruits were over ripe and the tamerillo was over ripe and bruised

personally didn’t have the best experience. first order they missed some items and left a note saying “we owe you this” I had to message them to figure out they forgot to leave a discount code to cover the difference of the fruits missed

2nd order it took over 10 days to arrive though the shipping says 3-5 days and half the fruit was almost rotten and had to be thrown out. I emailed over a week ago about this and had no response so overall not a great experience

if you are going to buy anything get the yellow dragon fruits they were always sweet and fresh

Received my box of fruit a few days ago. I was really happy with how well packaged it was. The selection of fruit was good. It has been my sons dream to try a dragon fruit for the last 6 months so you have fulfilled this for him. Very much appreciated! Thank you.

Brilliant , friendly customer service and a great range of weird and wonderful fruits ! My children loved trying everything in the box . Will definitely use again .

Firstly they deliver amazing products - have you ever had a naseberry/sapodilla in the U.K.?!

The variety of the fruits will blow your mind! Some of these fruits you have never seen or heard of but taste great.

Brilliant customer service! Can’t praise this company enough

This is my first order, I was reasonably impressed with the amount of fruit and the menu is good however it may be worth labelling the fruit also and giving an idea of when they will be ripe or when they will be past their best. I tried the finger limes yesterday and they were very sour so can only assume that they weren’t ripe. I hope this helps.

Great service, highly recommend this company there was a slight problem but was rectified within moments of contacting them, the blood oranges are 10/10

Where do I begin? Such a shame to write this review as I have tried all I can to reach out to the company with the problems I have experienced, but have not received a reply or solution from Dreamfruit, despite the issue occurring over three weeks ago and again with a second order shortly after.

The fruit arrived mouldy, overly ripe and brown inside. I spent close to £30 on dragon fruit and all turned up in this condition. I immediately contacted Dreamfruit and supplied pictures, yet my contact has been ignored. I have now opened a PayPal dispute in an attempt to get this rectified. Another week on and still no reply from Dreamfruit. I ordered two costly orders through Dreamfruit within days of eachother but the delivery is so slow (a week later) and each time the fruit arrived mouldy.

Poor show from the company. It’s actually quite a disgusting way to treat a customer. They have not shown any concern in rectifying this issue and have absolutely no respect for the customer.

Such a wonderful experience buying from Dreamfruit. The fruits came super fresh and they were super delicious. The customer service is also wonderful. There was a little mix up with one of the items I ordered and the team were quick to sort it out. No issues, no stress and super friendly about it. I’ll be ordering with them frequently and I highly recommend.
