From the start we had great customer support from Dan in Aintree who helped us pick what was likely to be our perfect bed and mattress. It wasn't cheap but we now know, with beds, you definitely get what you pay for. The delivery team couldn't have been more professional, everything explained and no hassle. Then came our first night in our new bed. Oh my days, the Tempur mattress just moulded to the shape of your body giving unbelievable support. The free Tempur pillows and duvet added to the experience, altogether giving my wife and I the best sleep ever....no aching hips or backs. We have just returned from a short break away and couldn't wait to be reunited with our bed. Thanks Dreams for everything.

The lady in the shop was excellent it was a very pleasant experience choosing our new bed. Connor snd his team who delivered and set up the bed wete vety polite quick and efficient

Showroom was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly, walking me through their recommendations for the perfect bed. The delivery men were also very professional, helping to move the bed in and set up the bed frame in no time at all!

The 3 young gentleman who fitted the beds where a credit to there parents so well mannered and friendly.
Also can I just say the staff in your branch in aintree retail was unbelievably polite and friendly too .
Graham was superb from start finish also the lovely Liberty so so nice .

Amazing staff at the Aintree store, very welcoming and friendly, all of them. Liberty went over & above and her customer service skills are exceptional. Providing a great experience in shopping for a bed that I will benefit from in many ways due to disabilities and a shortage of storage space. Who knew bed shopping was would be so difficult!!
But Liberty made the experience so much easier and a great experience. Well done to all the staff at Aintree, you are a credit to Dreams & thank you so much ☺️

Looked after as soon as we went in to the shop,couldn’t have been easier

They informed me in plenty of time that they were going to be delivering my mattress at a certain time and they were true to their promise

We were greeted by Lyndsey in the Aintree Liverpool store, we were asked if we wanted to go on the Sleepmatch feature which they now have in store which we did, Lyndsey explained the results to us and gave us pillows to try out the different mattresses that would suit us. We made are selection and sat down with Lyndsey to make our purchase and kindly offered us a drink, Lyndsey explained all our options to us and made our purchase an easy experience. Thank you Lyndsey for all your help.

The person"Dan" in the show room listend. So when it come to helping us find a mattress in the minefield of mattresses we were delighted to find someone who knew his stuff.
