Kept informed on delivery. Friendly delivery drivers, helpful and polite.

A good experience in store first on the test bed then on trying out various mattresses. There was no pressure, we were given plenty of time to make up our minds. The delivery was very prompt and the drivers were helpful in unpacking the new mattress and taking the old one away.

James was excellent at his job and listened to what I was after then patiently showed us the different Tempur mattresses and let me try them out. There was no hard sell and he offered us drinks and carefully explained everyone regarding the purchase

Great experience. We bought a Tempur mattress from Dreams after a great experience at the Bristol store. Fantastic service all round, the Salesperson was super helpful - he listened to our needs, made several recommendations and did not push for a sale. We had shopped around but came back to this store due to the great customer service.

Following recommendations, visited Dreams to purchase a new bed.
Service received was OK, buy sales person little pushy in selling rather than listening to our needs. They did improve during the visit.
Delivery communication was good, prior to the day, however when arrived they had wrong mattress it had gone to another house, thankfully they called dreams to alert them to the error. Eventually sorted. But the they almost just dumped it as not aware of installation paid for.
So frustrated and disappointed to start.
Driver however correctly then checked and confirmed indeed they had to take one away and build new one. This was done carefully and respectful of our home.
I would have rated high but unfortunately it didn't warrant anymore

I recommend to my mum who has a Delivery today, but so far poor again.

I received an unexpected call from dreams customer service following my review and I was very impressed how seriously it was taken and feeling heard and valued but also taking feedback forward.

Everything is as described apart from the mattress protector which seems to be a bit crinkly.

Bought new bed & mattress,Rod was the best assistant to us, excellent service and deals. Delivered, assembled on time. Couldn't get better anywhere else.
