Very polite and has explained everything we wanted to know. Also has a lot of patience as it was taking us a long time to make a decision.

We went to Dreams in Bristol Cribbs Causeway to purchase an ottoman bed and a new mattress on 23 June.
The assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
We are very pleased with our purchase.

This is an excellent and comfortable mattress. Although medium and soft to sit on initially it gives good support and a good nights sleep. I found the top advertised memory foam mattresses too soft and less comfortable than this one from dreams. I’m very pleased with this purchase. The staff at dreams were very helpful and informative, patient and have great customer service.
I would definitely use dreams again for future purchases.

Trying out all the different mattresses was perfect to get the correct one for my posture and back problem.
I also love the idea of the 100 night change of mind if the mattresses is not a perfect fit for you.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and very helpful in placing in the bedroom

Great product and got it for a good discount price. We would have loved to get it delivered straight away - surprisingly difficult to be patient in this day n age;)

Lovely mattress so comfortable. Was a little sceptical at first though it would be too firm but it’s so comfortable.

After having suffered with my Emma mattress and having returned it, I decided that I would rather be able to test my mattress out in person before buying it.
Thankfully Dreams is the place to visit when it comes to this so me and my partner went to one of their stores.

As usual they have a rather large selection with prices that would meet most peoples needs. We were immediately approached by a sales rep for help, but we turned it down as we wanted no pressure on us while we choose, to which they obliged.

After we finally picked out the mattress that we wanted, one of the sales representatives came up to us to help us go through the purchasing process. This is where the whole experience took a completely nosedive. The sales rep was rather insistent on pushing ad ons which would've brought up the price. We were then informed that the mattress exchange program (the one that allows you to test a mattress and if you don't like it swap it out for another) is only valid if we buy a mattress topper from Dreams.
I questioned this, however was assured that this is the process as "they couldn't guarantee that my mattress topper would be adequate". Begrudgingly I bought this topper, however decided to get in touch with Dreams customer service after to see if this was true.
I was informed that this was not in fact true and that I could use any mattress topper and that they would get in touch with the sales rep who told me this so they would make this right.
The sales rep did not bother calling me so eventually I rang back myself, at which point he started creating excuses like "oh but I cut you a good deal" and "oh its only to protect your mattress".
I had to go back into the store to hand in the topper at which point I had to wait for another half hour for them to correct my order.

Frankly I am shocked at this behaviour.
Normally I would've given Dreams a good rating since they offer a wide selection, have generally professional staff and the mattress that we ended up picking out was right for us and didn't break the bank, however I cannot in good faith leave anything more than 2 stars after this outright scam by one of the reps.
I don't know whether I should blame the employee or the company for potentially having some sort of commission system, but at the end of the day this was a huge disappointment and a massive headache for what was supposed to be an easy and simple purchase.

Since writing this review, Dreams have reached out to me and have attempted to make amends. They were very apologetic about the situation and I was informed that this will be passed on to the individual branch so that this never happens again.
In addition to this, Dreams provided a gesture of good will and provided the afore mentioned mattress protector for free.

Companies often make mistakes, but it is about how they handle them and I think Dreams handled it amicably.

My previous criticism will stand, as I do not know if this is a one off or a culture of behaviour, but what I can say is that at least Dreams have handled this situation properly now.

It all went like a sweet dream and looks better in the bedroom than the show room , everything went so easy delivery was free on time and polite delivery staff and the bed went up easier than a 20 piece jigsaw puzzle . I would definitely buy again from here

Having was extreamly helpfull and explained everything thst duevto problems it may take longer for bed to arive recycling of old bed bit high at£60 but better forvthem to clear with waste from new bed and very grateful full for help to getvpillow etc to car as dissabled and made a hot drink which most co s wouldn't do but freindvis happy good bed for price he paid so gavin was more than helpfull in many ways 😀 👍

The product appears to have insufficient gel in the top layer, resulting in uncomfortable creasing/bunching of the fabric and one side appears to have collapsed within the first four weeks of use despite weekly turning as recommended. Show room staff refer customers to a helpline that is always experiencing heavy demand with predicted wait in excess of 20 minutes, chat system is unresponsive. Claims procedure via mbginsurance as per leaflet provided ends up on another insurance brokers website with no indication of what Dreams customers should do.
