A professional, customer focused experience.
I recently made a purchase of a bed and mattress from a local Dreams store. The process was smooth and easy with great communicstion from Dreams via email and text. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and professionally. Later we found the mattress was not to our liking and used the Comfort Exchange option to pick another mattress, which was also delivered on time and professionally. Althought we did have some issues with the way the Comfort Exchange program worked, This was resolved by Dreams to our satisfaction, and in a customer focused professional manner. I would recommend Dreams in the future.

The Matress is amazing and the two…
The Matress is amazing and the two young men that delivered it were really friendly and helpful.
The staff in Dreams Bury St Edmunds let us roll all over the mattresses without complaining and were really helpful with our purchase.

Great Mattress
Mattress was delivered on time, guys were great put it in my bedroom for me.

Our Dream mattress
The lady who sold us the mattress was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained how the mattress works for us and we tried out the machine in the shop which helped us to choose it.

Very happy with the outcome…
The showroom at Bury was easy to browse through and find what I was looking for... Choosing the righ mattress did not take much time at all and the sales lady was very courteous and helpful.
Delivery was on time and the crew, again, were courteous, thoughful and efficient...
Why not all 5 stars? Well, the plastic was hammered more than I would have like but perhaps that was me being errr... 'cost aware' :-)
