Great advice in showroom, followed by an excellent delivery service from a helpful and knowledgeable team. The bed is so comfortable- haven’t slept this well for years. Plus I now have loads more storage!

Great Customer Service. Amazing product knowledge. We went to the store not thinking to buy yet but the services and care we received at the store decided to buy on the spot. We were offered hot beverages. Took us through the entire process. Made us feel like valued customers

Comfortable and great value for money

Brilliant experience buying from Natalya in the Colindale branch. She was very friendly, listened to our needs and provided thoughtful and appropriate advice and suggestions.

The sleepmatch service is great and was helpful in providing a potential shortlist to help narrow down the search - we ended up purchasing one from the list.

Wrong colour beds sent due to Salesperson entered incorrectly on the order

We first visited John Lewis, Brent Cross where we were ignored for a long time and eventually managed to find someone to assist us. The sales assistant offered virtually no advice, was disinterested in knowing our requirements and actually walked off while we were attempting to choose the right mattress. Needless to say we left that store and its staff without purchasing anything!
Dreams Colindale have a great reputation so we decided to go there. We were greeted within seconds of entering the store but not hassled. We explained our needs and Wojciech suggested we might benefit by trying the ‘sleep position’ measuring device - which we did. Subsequently we were offered a selection of mattresses that matched our requirements. Wojeciech brought us pillows so that we could gain a true feel of each mattress.
We were then offered a drink ( tea/coffee etc) and given space to make our decision.
Having discussed removal of the old mattress (which our local Council offers free of charge), we arranged delivery dates and were given the gift of a Team GB Travel Blanket & Bag. We concluded our purchase absolutely delighted by this smooth & helpful experience.

The Staff is great. They are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us to chose the perfect mattress. ( Specially one of staff Mohammed really helpful.) The delivery was on time. The mattress is firm and comfortable.

Although the wait for my new bed took a while, it was worth the wait. The guys that delivered and put my new bed together were fantastic. They called in the morning to let me know that they were running on time and when they did arrive they were great. I had paid to take my old bed away and put the new one together. They were very careful and worked so quickly and made sure I was happy with everything and explained how to open and close my new ottoman bed. They also offered to put my existing matress on the bed for me.

Later ordered online, and delivery was a very smooth experience.

The store manager Michael (if I remember the name correctly) was amazing, very welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. Very happy for the purchase.
