Great, friendly assistant who knew her stuff.
Not rushed or pressured.
Delivery was on time and perfect.

Excellent service from Nina, one of the bed experts, at the Derby Store. Nina spent time explaining the options available, listening to our requirements, made suggestions and most importantly Nina listened to us. Nina priced up several options and we nipped to a local coffee shop to discuss in private. We returned to the store 30m later to go ahead with the purchase. An easy process with clear a explanation of the payment options. The delivery date was agreed before we left the store. Everything went according to plan with delivery, removal of our old bed and the building of our new bed. The whole process has been absolutely faultless.
We've now had the bed a few weeks and could not be happier. It's well worth the couple of hours out of a Saturday afternoon to make sure we bought the right bed.

Very professional,well informed about the company and products went out of the way to explain the difference between materials and the comfort of the mattresses,the young lady looked after us from start to finish and was extremely helpful.

Very helpful staff at the Derby Dreams store. We arrived late on a Sunday and staff remained after closing time to process our order. Could not have asked for more support, thank you! Really knowledgeable staff and good quality products. Not at all pushy and give you enough information to make your own decisions in your own time.

Alicja provided an absolutely wonderful experience. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made me feel genuinely looked after from start to finish. Her warm, welcoming attitude immediately put me at ease, and she took the time to really understand my needs. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and her care and professionalism truly stood out. Very helpful and friendly, very informative and my new mattress came ontime with no problems at all.

Since having the Freya double divan bed we have had the best sleep ever 😴 my husband has nearly filled underneath with his models plenty of storage brilliant for the price we paid.

Your staff both in store and during delivery were extremely helpful and courteous. They made us aware of all our options. We are very pleased with the bed and mattress we have purchased which is extremely comfortable and provides excellent storage space under the bed
