I saved up money to get an amazing mattress to help with my bad back and sleep instead of buying cheap. I bought a Harrison Spinks mattress for £1199 that made me really hot in bed and I was waking up throughout the night, ultimately was knackered in the morning.
I was able to get an early exchange so went for the Therapur Actigel Glacier 3800. This mattress is designed for hot sleepers. I paid an extra £200 for the mattress and £95 for the exchange. I have tried to make this mattress work but again I am building up heat underneath me and can't get a decent night's sleep.

My observation is for hot sleepers these beds are designed for supporting your body but are not breathable. In total I have paid out over £1700 to Dreams. I just wish I had kept my old mattress, I can only Dream.

In store I was approached by a sales person quickly who was polite and helpful. Once the mattress was chosen the paperwork was quick and straight forward. I did have to wait a week before the mattress was delivered. Living on my and being 74 it was a little tricky getting the mattress of the bed and into the large green bag supplied for this purpose. Not sure how less able people would cope. Men who brought the mattress were quick, helpful and friendly and thanked me for getting the old mattress outside.

From start to finish we were impressed with knowledge of the store assistant who helped with our decisions. From order to delivery was spot on, straight forward. Helpful delivery gents who explained what was needed so we built it up correctly. The bed is ideal as the room is not that big, hence the order of a single bed with under bed. Quality is very good, as is the mattress. A great experience. Thank you.

Great staff, great mattress at Dundee. Always ask for additional discounts we got the offer of £10 off, always something. but we got a better discount from our university discount offer at store at £50

Russell and Nick in Dundee are exceptional and genuine in their customer service. Welcome us into the store like friends and didn't leave us twiddling our thumbs but didn't crowd us like some places do to get a sale. They cared about our needs and not just our purses. Knowledgeable, attentive, friendly.

Picked a mattress more expensive than planned due to the mattress matching service however delighted with the result and enjoying my new bed. Pleasant and friendly support when purchasing bed.

The sales staff make picking your ideal bed frame and mattress so easy. They have so much knowledge, information and suggestions it definitely takes the pressure off buying your perfect new bed.

After opening the package back of head board it was tear I was really disappointed about this actually I have to email u before but I was busy to email you regarding this.
