Great shopping experience

the online experience was great, and ordering the mattress was simple. Delivery was efficient and everyone was helpful and polite.
Did have one minor hiccup trying to pay the balance of the order online when the website crashed, but Dreams staff were all helpful.
The mattress is perfect too!

Smooth Delivery

The bed was delivered and assembled on time and quickly, exactly as described .
The old bed was also removed .
The two delivery men were courteous and careful.

Great Service

We recently purchased a bed and mattress from the Dundee store, Dean was amazing, he helped us choose which mattress was best for us, he was friendly and very helpful. We were very happy with our purchases and the help we had from Dean

I bought 2 small double beds....speaks for itself.

I bought 2 small double beds. 0ne on 13th March and then this one in April.....speaks for itself. Your greatest asset is your staff at the Dundee shop. Matty helped with the first purchase and Stewart spent the time to give me sensible advice on choosing the second bed

Good mattress and bed frame

Friendly and informative staff. Easy viewing and purchasing experience. Delivered promptly and on the agreed time. Assembly by delivery guys was fast and efficient. Comfortable mattress and spiffy looking bed frame. Overall great experience.

Buying and receiving our bed

When we went to buy the bed, the salesperson was very helpful to guide us to meet our needs.
The person who came to put the bed up on 11th April 2025 was extremely helpful and gave us useful information.
