The sales person we met in the store was very helpful,he wanted us to take our time in choosing the Tempur bed that best suited us.

Called in got what we wanted straight away

The store staff provided first class service nothing to much trouble really received VIP treatment. The delivery guys who put the bed together were excellent and the bed is fabulous too. All round would recommend dreams in my book your are a ten out of ten.

The delivery men were excellent very polite and had protective shoes so as not to dirty the carpet, they answered all my questions I was very satisfied.

No pressure! Often you visit these large retail stores and you get ‘attacked’ by the sales staff. The young lady who helped us was attentive but discrete, very knowledgeable for her age and made us feel at ease with the purchase

Katie in the Durham store was excellent in assisting my grandparents choose their new bed, my grandma has multiple heath issues and Katie was extremely patient with us, offering us pillows to test the beds and also a cup of coffee while we discussed prices and options. (My grandma rated 6/5)

He tried it in shop and got plenty of advice which was helpful in choosing the right mattress.

Everything went account to plan. Thought the machine was brilliant and appears to have selected a perfect match.

We ordered a new bed from Dreams in Durham & were very impressed with the service from first walking through the door until our bed was delivered. Katie, the customer assistant, was excellent & extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the right mattress & she was very patient as we took quite a long time to choose. We were kept fully informed about the delivery & on the day the two delivery guys were brilliant & very customer friendly. They assembled the bed & headboard & took the time to explain a few things which were in the booklet..& they took their shoes off before going upstairs which we were very impressed with! Dreams also has a 100 night guarantee that if the mattress turns out to be unsuitable they will exchange it free of charge..that is excellent service although it won't be happening in our case as our mattress is perfect!

The sales advisor Rachel at your Durham store was really lovely with my elderly father. She was very knowledgeable about all the beds and so helpful.

Our experience in store was excellent. The lady explained everything to us about choosing a mattress and we bought one that was recommended from the list suggested after our mattress test. Ordering was straight forward and the most convenient delivery date was chosen. We were offered a drink while completing the paperwork. Overall, a good experience.

The two delivery men kept us informed of their arrival time. When they arrived (on time), they used shoe covers so as not to cause any damage to our carpets. They removed all packaging and took it away with them. They were very polite and the delivery was very quick. We were very impressed with them.
