I paid £100 for the bed to be assembled…
I paid £100 for the bed to be assembled and the part that sits on the floor is damaged and not flush with the other 3 sections.
However the sales advisor at the store was very experienced and had great knowledge, I made a decision very quickly based on the advice he gave me. Excellent customer service from Guy at the Feltham store.

My NEW Swaffham D Firm Hard Double Mattress Order
Since I ordered Tues 29th July in the afternoon, for me to order a NEW Swaffham D firm hard double mattress which was on sale offer; delivered to me since 07th August 2025 it is absolutely comfortable and sleeping very well every night.

Bought a bed base and added an…
Bought a bed base and added an additional bedcover insurance. The bed base broke. When I tried to claim for repair/replacement I was passed to a long chain of different insurance companies each passing me to another. Very frustrating that this isn’t being handled by dreams nor a streamlined process. My son is without a bed and by what I have been told it will take weeks/months before this comes to an end.

Choosing at Dreams was a Dream
Had been looking for a new bed for a while but the choices had been limited. Visited Dreams in Feltham where there was a great choice and variety. The staff we spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable.
