There was o pushy salespersons when we went to have a look for a mattress, the guys who delivered our mattress was professional & we’ve had a good nights sleep since having the new mattress, would i recommend yes I would.

from walking in we where greeted with a smile ask if they could help i said just looking we lefted alone until i ask for help
the sale person answered all my problems quickie with great knowledge of the bed we picked out

Professional helpful fantastic customer service

We needed a new bed and went to Dreams because we have always had good service from them before. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the various options but never rushing us.
We would highly recommend Dreams.

Very helpful and pleasant staff

Nice staff, good shop, excellent service. A breakfast bun to go with the coffee would have made it perfect. Only gripe is that the 2 plastic clips to hold the divan together are totally useless.

Brilliant service from start to finish could not fault it.
We used the instore diagnostic machine with the help of a member of staff. This gave us an idea what we were looking for and we were then guides through the choices we had. There was no hard sell and staff were very knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to get a delivery slot the following week. Delivery day was brilliant the driver rang me on the morning of delivery and was very informative on arrival about our new purchase. They took our old mattress away. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend the Grimsby store and staff.

Malc and his colleague at the Grimsby showroom were exceptional. I will not hesitate to recommend them. The overall purchasing experience was a delight. The main person that served us was Malc, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional and was a credit to Dreams.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Greeted us and offered us drinks while we made our purchase. They knew all the information about the beds we looked at and was able to offer us plenty of advice too. Great service.

Helpful customer service with a cuppa when we went in to order our new bed. No problem with any of our requests. They even compared our three choices for us. From start to finish it was excellent service. The delivery team were excellent, so efficient and fast. We paid for our old bed taken away, no problem there either. Can’t fault Dreams from the beginning to the end…thank you again

Delivery on time, helpful staff

I bought an adjustable bed and Tempur matress in December and returned the mattress after 90 days under the 100 day guarantee. Just didn't get on with the mattress but maybe just me. I then bought another mattress that was cheaper than the Tempur by £300 but was informed instore that I would get the refund in Dreams vouchers. I paid another £89 delivery for new mattress. I have now been informed that I cannot have the refund as that is the amount the tempur mattress was discounted in the store at the time and I have to pay that. In the T&C it says if you choose a cheaper mattress then you will be refunded in vouchers. I paid what the mattress was priced at for all customers not especially for me. The store manager informed me I would get a refund so I am taking this matter further and hopefully this will be resolved. Will let you know - feeling let down by Dreams after spending alot of money

Excellent customer care, and follow up. Bed not bad either!!!!!!
