Our experience with Dreams Leicester
Our experience with Dreams was made better by the brilliant sales assistant called Stanley. We weren't sure what kind of mattress we needed we saw a whole lot of mattresses and Stanley was very helpful and patient. Great service.

Staff made sure to show me around and be on the lookout for deals in store. I'm both happy with the product and with the care in getting good value for money deals.

Great service from placing the order in store, to having the bed delivered. Dreams kept us fully informed though out the whole process.
When we went into the store, we felt welcomed, I was looking for a bed for my 94 year old mother, who was not with us, the sale partner was very knowledgeable and went though the different beds in store, until we found one that would be suitable for my mum, we booked the delivery date that suited me.

My recent purchase from dreams was faultless from purchase to my first night on my amazing mattress i was rid of my lower back pain and was very comfy and warm & also a very good night sleep .i would recommend dreams to anyone wishing to upgrade there bed / mattress thanks for a great service .

Fantastic deals on great quality beds. Dreams staff go out of their way to accommodate all needs from all clients & do what they can to make you feel welcome & at ease when making such a big purchase.
In store the staff were very knowledgeable & gave great advice on what to look out for. Totally transparent on what would be a good choice & what isn't such a good choice.
Delivery guys were so fast & efficient in delivering & setting up & very informative on after care & what to look out for on the ottoman I chose.
Really super impressed with all the people who dealt with me from start to finish. Many thanks.
