I am very disappointed with how dreams have delt with my manufactured default metters, they have refused to replace my metters or refund my money back, even though it is still under the 5 years warranty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy dreams products.

From ordering to delivery everything was great

As soon as we entered the store Rob greeted us and asked if he could help us. I told Rob that I needed a soft mattress and he showed us the various options. He was very patient and friendly. He then asked me to lye on the special bed which given all my details gave the best options for my particular needs. I am disabled with a serious back condition which was taken into account.
Eventually we chose a Tempur soft matress and a base with a headboard and drawers.
We chose to opt for the 0% finance and Rob took all my details and identification. It took a while to do this and I was eventually accepted.
Our shopping experience in Dreams was very positive due mainly to Rob, a very pleasant and friendly person.

I am experiencing difficulties with a particular service that isn't disabled-friendly, and I would like to bring it to the attention of the management or relevant authorities to address and improve the service. I only give 1 star because of one nice lady in this place who was very helpful and 4-star negative for the male supervisor/ Boss of that day.

We called into Nuneaton Branch for have a look at some mattresses and were very impressed with what they had on offer, especially in the sale. The sales team were brilliant. No pushy sales people, just helpful and very knowledgeable . Thank you for all your help and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Bed delivered on date and time given.
Bed made up, all rubbish removed and details for airing bed and turning mattress explained. Delivery driver and assistant extremely respectful of our house.

Recently purchased two beds from Dreams. Very happy with our experience, and will recommend them to both family and friends.

Went in today to get info about a mattress replacement; wasn’t expecting too much. But boy was I wrong, the employees were both really nice but most of all Rob made sure we felt welcomed and left knowing exactly what we wanted! Which we did. Thank you Rob!!

OMG didn't realise just how rubbish our old bed was.
Amazing bed. Amazing service. And you really do get what you pay for. We have slept more in than last couple of weeks than we have in the Last couple of years.
