We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome when we walked into the store in Plymouth Royal Parade by Kirsty. She explained every thing to us and if we did not understand anything she was very patient and explained a second time, she was very knowledgable about the products we were looking at and made a very good cup of tea.

I had been looking for a divan bed base with castor wheels on line. What I was finding was Ottoman bed base which was not suitable for me because I am elderly and lifting would have been a challenge. Thankfully Dreams had exactly what I was looking for and in a range of beautiful colours

Very helpful from the moment I made a telephone enquiry and on entering the shop. Helped me purchase a new mattress for my adjustable bed making sure I understood type required. Helped with with comfort and giving pillows to assist. Paul was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I purchase a tempur mattress and awaiting delivery and collection of old mattress.

First visit to a Dreams store, and it was a delight. Really helpful staff - with great patience as we looked at so many options. The sleep machine was really helpful in helping us choose a mattress. Highly recommended - we will certainly use this when looking for future bed requirements.

I was extremely well advised about which matress to buy in the store. However, the week before we were due to get the matress delivered, I had a text from central customer services to say that the matress we had ordered was no longer available. I went into the store immediately and was advised by a different salesperson on a 'like for like' purchase, but when I finally slept on it, I thought it felt firmer than the one ordered. So, because I didn't get back within the month for an exchange, I'm now in the unfortunate position of looking at quality matress toppers for £160 because I am sleeping on a firm rather than a medium matress. I didn't realise I had a month to decide - this should be made clearer as we were very busy finishing our house off through that month.

all was good, i think i already replied on TP though..... cant remeber the sales lady name but she was very helpful, delivery was as planned and the delivery guys were helpful, mattress and frame was put up by me...very easy and all bits were supplied. all good and has had its firsts sleepover guests...who said it was a very comfy mattress. thanks oh i also saved over £400 via the NYE sales .

Purchased the Lodge Ottoman double bed. Easy to order online, arrived exactly when they said it would. It was straightforward to put together and is a lovely bed. Storage space is great. Excellent service all round. Thrilled to bits with the purchase and service.

I had a fantastic experience with Dreams. The Sales team were absolutely brilliant. They were very knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in, as well as recommending me, an even greater variety of beds and mattresses.

Even when the system was being slow for payment, the girls were so patient and friendly while I sorted out the issues with the bank.

Delivery was extremely quick, and the installation of the bed frame was also met with friendly staff and excellent customer service.

I'm thrilled with the bed. I'm finally getting a great nights sleep and my back feels so much better with the extra firm mattress.
