customer service friendly and excellent knowledge of their products. also not pushy but helpful

The mattress does not fit up the stairs, only on delivery we’re we notified, no one asked us to check sizes on mattress on ordering. We now have a bed frame and no mattress. Correct mattress cannot be sent for 4 weeks, so no bed for weeks with 2 kids under 4 years old, this is a nightmare. After spending a material sum of money here, I would never ever shop here again and actively tell others to avoid at all costs. No compensation for the issues caused by them, rubbish.

If Graham is an example of your salesman then well done. Graham was attentive without being overbearing and the buying of our mattress was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend him and dreams.

Jason the sales man from the Stevenage showroom, was very helpful and knowledgeable, delivery time was good, the two delivery men were polite, helpful, very conscientious, clean and tidy, assembled the new bed and mattress, and took away the old items, very pleased with the whole experience

pay process. Delivered on time. Good communication throughout.

Mattress is nice and white, lightweight and has 4 handles which are useful. It is a good inch smaller all round than my previous double though, so now there are gaps between the mattress and the bed frame. It's also not as deep so standard double sheets seem too big and saggy for this one? Not my best purchase and glad it was 50% off!

The sales lady at Dreams in Stevenage was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us decide which product was best for us. The contrast between her and other sales people we encountered elsewhere was really noticeable.
The delivery service were really helpful when we had to postpone our order due to being let down on the carpet delivery and really flexible all the way through. We were notified the evening before and on the day regarding timing of our delivery and the chaps that came were punctual, friendly and efficient.

Really rude lady approached us when we had been in the store for less than a minute - very firm and aggressive as my son had tried out a bed with myself. It actually upset my son who is 6! We just left after that and went to Bensons which is 20 seconds away - who were incredible, kind and helpful.

Delivery was easy and efficient and the mattress is extremely comfortable

Drivers were very pleasant and helpful even sorting out problems that occurred.

They delivered on time in the right day. Delivered to the actual room, saved me heaving it up stairs. They guys were good too that delivered it.
The bed is so comfortable and I’m so pleased with it. Couldn’t ask for more from a company.
