Dreams - Uddingston レビュー 

Our mattress was nearly £3000. Huge commitment for us. I am disabled and needed a mattress to support me. Arranged for it to be delivered on Friday 28
August. Today, two days before arranged delivery, got a message to say mattress would now be delivered 29th September. Cannot express how upset this has made me feel. Disgusted with Dreams and whoever this mattress is coming from. Dreams not up front about any of this. Appalling treatment of customers. My husband went up to the store to complain. Nothing they can do about it. Need to contact supplier’s customer services. Dreams are actually a nightmare.

The sales advisor (with short dark hair and glasses) was great. She went through all of our options and she was very informative.

Your staff we’re efficient polite and really nice to talk with, also no mess and everything was put exactly where I wanted .definitely use your service again.

Excellent service, no pressure to buy, staff in the shop were very professional and friendly.
The delivery team were great and again very friendly, courteous and professional.

Dreams were an excellent company, Dreams should be so they proud of there staff at Birkenshaw Uddingston Glasgow , Dionne who was wonderful from moment I went into shop so knowledgeable about the base & mattresses.
Also went above & beyond by phoning warehouse manager & asked if I could get the bed delivered a day before it was due as my husband was coming out of hospital. Also the delivery driver Peter was great & respectful of my property.

The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful, the delivery drivers were quick and professional.

Spent £2.5K on bed frame with TV with soundbar. Said soundbar has not worked since day 1. Customer service don’t return calls as promised. 3 weeks later still not fixed.

The delivery was when I arranged it. Men were excellent with the service they provided. They respected my house by using over shoes as they entered the house.

Great customer service during our visit. I can’t remember their names but the two women who helped us on both visits were brilliant offering us coffee etc and giving us what we felt was genuine advice on which mattresses where best for myself and my son Not just trying to sell us anything. Will be back here when the next bed is needed.

Staff in the shop were very helpful in selecting bed mattress. I ordered a bed and a mattress. Service as promised. The servicemen were punctual, polite and professional. The bed was efficiently assembled. Overall very happy with the service.

Excellent today from Katrina couldn’t fault her customer service. Very helpful, Katrina greeted me as soon as I came into the store, explained everything regarding the sleep match machine and helped me pick the best mattress suitable for my sleep schedule I was also offered a pillow while trying out mattresses which helped with a realistic feel of what my new mattress will be like. When completing my sale I was also offered tea/coffee or cold water. Great experience all thanks to Katrina.

A great visit to the Uddingston store recently. Served by Dionne who was friendly and attentive, and helped us choose the best match for our requirements.

Made feel welcome by 2 members of staff (can't remember names sorry) lady way short black hair and guy was super helpful as well. Would really recommend these 2 staff members they are a credit to yous. Nothing was to much trouble when I was asking for advise
