I had a great experience purchasing a car from Drift Bridge Epsom.
I initially bought a T-Roc but later realised it was too big for me, so I exchanged it for a Taigo. Shortly after reserving the Taigo, I fractured my elbow and needed surgery, which meant I couldn’t test-drive the car.
Connor was incredibly helpful. He drove the Taigo while I sat in it to get a feel for the car, then delivered it to my home and collected the T-Roc. When I later realised I’d left my glasses and a small coin purse in the T-Roc, Connor arranged for a colleague to return them to me.
I’m very grateful for the excellent service.

Excellent service from Neil, Chrissy and the team at the Drift Bridge VW bodyshop. Carried out one sizeable repair to a door and three other minor repairs and the car looks almost back to new. Plus, friendly, responsive customer service throughout. Really pleased with the results and the quality of service. Recommended.

After 2 years of driving past T-Rocs and telling myself (and anyone else who was listening!) that one day, I will own of those, I finally do!! I called Drift Bridge Volkswagen one Saturday morning to see if I could view a black T-Roc I’d seen online, the lovely lady on reception put me through to Adam and he told me he would go and check to see if it was available to view and call me back. Within 5 minutes, I had received a call back to say I was in luck! So off we went, over to Epsom and as we turned the corner, there she was!! Except, it wasn’t the car I had come to view. I met with Adam and looked at the original car, but just knew the one parked on the corner was the one for me! Adam had no problem showing me the other car, which we took for a test drive and it was love at first sight! I said yes there and then, and that is VERY unlike me. The reason for this? Yes, the car was perfect. BUT, what sealed the deal for me was Adam’s customer service. I cannot commend him enough! From first contact right through until I drove away (and since with a follow up video and emails), I received above and beyond service - he was not pushy at all, he was informative, he was friendly yet professional and he knows his stuff! I was even lucky enough to have a beautiful bow on my new car when I came to collect her. Sam, who helped sort out the finance for me, was also extremely informative and professional - ensuring I had all the information I needed and I was happy to go ahead! He even confirmed as soon as the finance was accepted so I could relax!
Another thing to mention that we noticed whilst we were in the showroom, was the TLC that was being shown to the cars outside which was fantastic to see - they were gleaming!
I absolutely cannot recommend the team at Drift Bridge VW enough and I will only leave reviews if I genuinely believe they are worth leaving. This one, was worth leaving. Thank you!

Staff very helpful but was slightly disappointed that the car we purchase had no received a full valet.
