Have used the company 3-4 times on the whole it's a well run business. This time is the 1st time booking direct with them, was happy with the communication getting the quote and booking. Hope once picking car up will be as pleasant.

Great customer service team
Great customer service team, very responsive and friendly. Rates are great - i am yet to pickup the car so cannot say how that is. My only concern is the high bond :-( it kind of forces you to take the daily reduction as 1500 pound is nearly $3000 aussie thats a lot to have just sitting around for the holiday waiting to get it back.
