Janos was a great help having failed to successfully navigate their website. I would give him 5 stars. The online booking process dropped my review to 4 stars. I highly recommend chat booking process over online booking process.

The email address for UK reservations doesn't work, so it isn't answered and the contact centre staff don't have access to it anyway. But the chat system works well and provided helpful answers

Très bonne assistance par ordinateur
Après plusieurs tentatives de réservation (au moins 5 fois dans un laps de temps de 5 ou 10 minutes) je n'ai pas réussi à sélectionner la date de retour de la voiture (mais tout le reste oui bizarrement). J'ai donc utilisé la conversation par ordinateur et à partir de ce moment tout est devenu fluide et utile: sélection d'un v"hicule correspondant à mes besoins, réponses précises et complètes à mes questions concernant le nombre de miles autorisés sans supplément, type de couverture d'assurance etc Le tout très fluide et rapide. J'ai vraiment l'impression d'avoir eu une personne derrière l'écran et non un robot!
