What amazingly nice staff you have…
What amazingly nice staff you have working for you! Special mention to Janos and jay who went above and beyond to help me, I fractured my foot and had to cancel my trip to the uk and my car hire was non refundable, which I knew, but they honored it for when I could rearrange my trip. I have used your company for many years and have always had excellent service but this went above and beyond! I’m very grateful, Thankyou

Pro-active, quick. and helpful customer service
I was looking at booking a car and the customer service chat pinged. Friendly and efficient chat. Within 5 minutes I got a reservation with a. discounted rate with free cancellation.

A quick, clear, and concise experience when booking.
The 'Chat' was initiated very soon after I went to the Drivalia site. Jay offered to give me a discounted price on booking. We briefly discussed the types of car on offer. HIs responses were quick and to the point, and when I agreed to a booking, he told me clearly what conditions had to be met, and what documents I needed to present in addition to having a current credit card concisely. The whole process was approximately 10 minutes.
