At the end of the day you’re the one paying for the car and you should be able to be satisfied with the outcome and customer service experience!
I was disappointed in the sales person attitude. I purchased a car and the car smelled of smoke. He took it and gave it a quick drive - by wash. I also noticed that it didn’t have any floor rugs and when I asked him about it, he 1st said some of them have rugs and some of them don’t! I told him I have never purchased a car without them . He went and took the rugs out another car similar to mine and knocked on my glass window and i unlocked my doors, and he threw them in my back seat. ( Like get out of here ! ) i saw earlier that day another lady who purchased a car and the sales person working with her brought out a huge bow and congratulated her and took pictures! They made her experience memorable!

Before coming to this location I visited another one of their divetimes. The original location was not able to assist me, but as soon as I walked into the Marietta location all my needs were met and KJ was great he made the process very smooth.
