Del was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable! I am very grateful!

Although Del was pleasant I’m back not even 6 months later with an updated review. So I’ll give 1 star only because Del was nice.
I took the vehicle for a routine oil change and was advised that the vehicle had a major oil leak. The warranty of course won’t cover it and Drive time is doing nothing to help. I work from home so I barely drive the vehicle. The technician they sent out provided pictures of the leak and confirmed there is no way they shouldn’t have fixed it prior to selling me the vehicle but here we are. I have spoken to several people in their customer service only to be told that no matter who I speak to they will tell me the same thing. At this point I just want to warn everyone, DO NOT purchase from them. I will make a review on every page I can find if that gets the word out.

DRIVETIME ARE LIARS I submitted all of my information online. Birthdate Social Security number, proof of income with three most recent bank statements and was told that I was approved- what the down payment for the car I picked out would be in the monthly payment. Spent 2+ hours driving there in 3 1/2 and 2.5 hours in a thunderstorm 3.5 hours at the dealership only to be told that I’m NOT approved and that if I were, the down payment would be almost double and the monthly $100 more. They lied. Even though I had proof of income, they would not approve my purchase. This is deceitful, harmful and cruel, and they are a truly horrible business.

Had a great time working with Ms.Houston. I got my car quickly and efficiently!

Do not do business with DriveTime. I had the worst experience ever. I bought a car and within 24 hours I had problems. Lightbulb in the headlight went out and they refused to help. I was only told to call SilverRock. Customer service experience here was horrible. I would never recommend DriveTime to anyone. I am stuck with my vehicle that I hate and don’t want. Worse company you could possibly do business with.

Sean had great customer service and made sure we found the right car and drove off the lot same day! Zac was of great assistance in this process getting great monthly payments and making sure all my needs were met when choosing my next car ! I will definitely be returning when considering purchasing another vehicle. This is my second purchase and it was perfect in every way !

So the commercial, the website, and the rep I spoke to on the phone stated that the terms that they had me to lock in after I entered my information and locked in my terms said that I was able to get a vehicle for $0 to $500 down and when I went into the dealership I was quoted a different down payment 3x the amount. I wish your company would just tell the truth it would save a lot of time.

Like no haggle pricing. Sales person was very friendly and pleasant. Buying took way too long: I was there 4 hrs!!! Salesperson kept wandering off and staying gone too long. Seemed to be highly distractable.. One big systemic problem: Failure to disclose payment methods they can accept for down payment. I was there on Saturday afternoon and my bank was closed. Debt card would not allow full down payment I wanted to make at terminal. Apparently they could not process e-check. I had to speak with 6 different people on three separate days at Bridgecrest to pay full down payment and have it credited correctly to give me the correct payment.

Traci and Zach were both highly professional. They were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I am really pleased with my vehicle and will recommend Drivetime to relatives and friends.

Del was a great salesman. The process was very easy, I was pre-approved before getting there, and my income was verified before I got there. All I had to do was pick the car I wanted, pay my down payment and fill out all the paperwork. I would recommend Drive Time to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I had the nicest most professionally experienced agent helping me Traci is the best she was so patient when issues with my profile arose I didn’t expect and she didn’t stop til I got the new mom van I needed to start my life over with my kiddos.

Well I came into the Marietta, GA location 20 minutes before it was time to close. Demond Fleming and this other guy stayed until my deal was completed. I was having issues with me bank. But around 10:00 pm we got everything done and I drove off the lot that night in a 2021 Kia Soul Sport. Thank you guys for great customer service
