The salesperson Mrs. Shelby was great,she explained everything well.The process was seamless.

Shelby was awesome! She got us in and out quickly and the experience was laid back, good group of people.

I was sold a vehicle that had not been properly inspected. I didn’t notice the brakes scrubbed during test drive and now drivetime is telling me they are not responsible. I was told I can return the car if I am not happy rather than honor the contract I signed that a proper inspection being done. The vendor at Firestone was rude and the representative at SilverRock gave me bad information. Drivetime is responsible for making sure equipment is properly inspected before sales. Awful experience overall.

Shelby was great. My experience was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to meet my budget. It was a reasonably quick process. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We were able to find a vehicle of our choice in a short amount of time. We were presented three offers to consider fir our down payment and monthly payments which were in range of what we could afford. I like that the gap and service coverage and the lock jack. These were very valuable to me. I liked the videos which gave us valuable information also. Both Lance and Shelby were very patient and helpful. It was a very good experience without any hassles. I would recommend to our friends to come and buy a car here.

Salesperson was nice but if you are lower income don't bother because you aren't getting any help here. They quoted me 4300 for a down payment unless I made over 3100 a month. I have bought 2 new cars in my life for 1k and 1500 down so that is unreal to me.

The entire staff was great especially Shelby she went above and beyond.
