Joshua and the staff was great. Joshua assistance was very helpful and good. The service was excellent He was a joy to work with. He let me test drive a few cars even though I was picky. After the last test drive, he showed me two other cars before test driving them. The car I chose was a Nissan Altima and I didn’t want to go any further. It was a very nice experience and I would recommend everyone to DriveTime. Chris was amazing as well. When I called he answered all of my questions. Thank you DriveTime

Yolanda was just super good from start to end she went through with us every stage and we appriciated it we will surely recommend drive time to friends.

Thankfully GOD has made it possible and HE placed Yolanda Rodriguez in my path. She was patient, she explained everything, and if I had questions she made sure I understood. I was so undecided but she really helped me more than she knows.

came to this business because my credit was challenged due to a period of unemployment. I attempted to do business with Dante and had troublecsending in my documents and finally fixed it. I had a hard time getting there because my car was totaled in a collision. So I told them that I wanted the Ford escape and I even asked him if I could make the payment over the phone ahead of time. Another man named Josh said they were too busy to do that and could I come in.. I took Uber for 24.00 from Mckinney. When I got there thinking I was going to close on a car, they told me they sold it. I cried all the way home.This was horrible business practices and I will tell many not to come here. They are predatory lenders and they bait you just to get you there and then dont have the vehicle you wanted because it was sold.

I have to assume this is in response to Eco Drop Car Wash’s need for local business community participation in order to actualize its North Texas vision. Because of this I am eternally grateful for their existence as well as their contribution. Thus we all remain blessed 🙏 if I am wrong then if must just be fraudulent, and rarely am I wrong. My appointment was at 7:30 and the store closed at eight. Yolanda Rodriguez was my sales agent and had me out of the office by 8:30 with my brand new car. She made the car buying experience so easy. She didn’t get my hopes up. I will forever be grateful for drive time.

My car has had more problems than a car should have for its year. And the warranty only pays for certain things. They reimburse you for a rental at 30. A day 300 max so you are out tax and fees. This car looks good but is a disaster. Coolant smell, oil leak which is a valve gasket the drive shaft is broken and needs a ecm update. Not to mention a tire was patched on the side instead of being replace. This has been a disaster and I am out a car
