Miguel Pavo was very helpful and worked very hard to get me in my new vehicle. It was an easy experience. And I will be referring others to come here.

Don’t trust drive time sales they are scam artist and liars.they sold me a 2020 impala for 25,000 dollars and the bumper was falling apart due to it being glued on and zipped tied as well as having a check engine light and emergency lights not working. Customer relations is complete garbage they are not willing to work with the customer …. On top of that they lied about their cars titles being clean they sold me a salvage title with a false report … they also lie about servicing the cars and doing an inspection before selling the car . Also on their google reviews they hide all the bad reviews because I posted pics and wrote how trash the company is so those are fake reviews

The staff were incredibly inviting, very professional and helpful. They made the process easy and comfortable! I highly recommend them!!!

Honesty is the topic here. You weren’t honest. I bought a truck from you. I drove it 5 days and had to put it in the shop. It took them 11 days to repair it. I spent a grand on rentals. It all could have been avoidied if they had checked the truck out. I found a repair request under the seat from 3 weeks before I bought it. It was for the same issues that I put it in ten shop for. Your company knew there issue with the truck an away fro it b

This was by far the easiest experience I've ever been a part of! He asked many questions to ensure they got what they wanted, and narrowed it down by their answers. My wife and I were experiencing a very difficult situation with the total loss of my truck due to fire. I reached out to Drivetime in Tyler, Tx and met two of their representatives, Mr. Kyle Blackman and Mr. Deantae Taylor. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I waffled back-and-forth between vehicles, then finally settling on the vehicle they had suggested the very first day.
It appears that our experience is unique to THIS Drivetime in Tyler and THESE young men. We were very pleased with the whole process as they helped greatly ease what was a bad and stressful situation for us.
