I’m a new home owner and contacted them for a quote on a new boiler and central heating system , as within my first week of moving in my boiler was condemned due to safety. Funnily enough I was recommended to contact them…
But I wasn’t prepared for the rudeness or bad attitude.
Not very helpful and would not recommend!

We recently moved to area and had no knowledge of
heating installers. We requested quotes from companies , D R Heating seemed to be more professional and the quote was reasonable. On booking an installation we discovered what a clean and professional outfit they were. Unforeseen blockage problems were dealt with competently. WE would certainly recommend them to others.

Needed a replacement boiler fast, randomly came across D R Plumbing on the internet. Fast onsite visit and quote received promptly, price very good. Arranged to carryout work within days. Turned up on time, removed old boiler and replaced new, explained operating instructions clearly, all tidy and gone by mid afternoon. Can not fault them, brilliant. Thanks Lads.

Dyfed Roberts and his team were exemplar in all that they did at our house to remove an old hot water boiler system and insert a combi-Worcester boiler. Dyfed is a professional as is his team. He is clear about what needs to be done, offers advice and meets targets. He goes the extra mile to impress, complete and fosters a good working relationship with his customer. Great job.

Dyfed and his team have recently replaced our 27 year old boiler and replaced it with a Worcester condenser unit so that our central heating system is running as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The system developed an airlock when they filled they filled it with water after the installation but they persevered with the problem until it was solved- at 7:30pm - having been at our property since 8am! This was to ensure we had central heating for that particular evening... even though they were back the following day to flush out the central heating system which meant draining and refilling the system for a second time!
They are meticulous, professional and highly recommended to anyone contemplating making improvements to their central heating system.

We used DR Plumbing in December for a complete boiler exchange at my father’s bungalow, as the existing boiler was over 45 years old.

It was absolutely freezing but Dyfed made sure that my father, who is vulnerable and suffers from dementia, was without heating for the shortest time possible during a very cold spell. Dyfed even worked on his birthday - which also happened to be a bank holiday, to get the job completed.

Quotes were promptly provided and were competitively priced. Dyfed clearly explained all works that were being carried out and was very understanding with my father. The workmanship was outstanding, prompt and exceptionally tidy.

I would 100% recommend Dyfed and his team for all plumbing and heating jobs, no matter how large or small. When we replace our own existing boiler - we will definitely use DR Plumbing knowing that the job will be undertaken to the highest of standards and quality of workmanship.

Dyfed and his team installed a new boiler, radiator valves and one new radiator. They are so professional, talked through everything with us to ensure we were happy with our choices. Went to great lengths to get a specific radiator for us. They were very tidy in their work and everything was done with minimum mess. Respectful of us and our home, especially important at the moment with COVID around. Can only praise the service we received, a pleasure to deal with.

thank you to D R Plumbing for making everything easy and no hassle. they turned up when they said they would with all the tackle. they checked with me before installing the extra radiator. very competitive price. I really was not looking forward to having the work done because as an older person i find change stressful but this was fine due to their professionalism and care.

I’m an extremely happy person I got this brilliant firm to replace my old gas boiler it was a brilliant job I suffer with anxiety so it makes it hard for me to talk over the phone but they where perfect gentleman they sorted me out my smart meter is reading almost nothing at all it was a bit cold today so I had to put it up to 24 c my partner said my house was lovely and warm thank you to the great work carried out by what a brilliant firm it was

We had a very old floor standing boiler and equally old radiators. Dyfed advised us on our options at a very good price, He and his team replaced and relocated everything, nice small boiler, new radiators, very tidy, smart looking and will be so much more efficient system. All the old stuff taken away, gone are the water tanks that cause a bit of a worry in the loft and airing cupboard. Speedy, professional work, the controls all explained to us, plus we have someone we can rely on for the boiler service when it’s due. We can highly recommended D R Plumbing & Heating.

This firm completed a new installation of a combi boiler and full heating system in a four bed property. They neatly removed the old indirect system and all their workmanship was of the highest standard. They were tidy and took care when making good flooring. I would recommend them for any work of this nature.
