Delivery was too slow. 7 days of expected delivery time for urgent medicine delivery to be dlivered 70 kms away, seriously ? So I finally called to pick up the courier myself from whichever branch it is at but there customer service has no sense of urgency and a couldnt even locate where my courier is at that time. so I had to call all the DTDC branches myself to see where my courier is at. Also, staff at Phagwara branch very rude when called to enquire about the missing courier. I was pissed going through the whole experinece.

Worst courier company I have experienced so far in my life. It took exactly a month to get my package from India to Australia whereas I was told that it will take 8 to 10 days to arrive. Stuff I was expecting was my custom/ ritual related stuff which obviously didn't received on time so basically ruined my festival and I have emailed customer support with no response or help.

Delay and Poor Delivery there was application for a Power of Attorney to be delivered to India,I was promised delivery within 4 to 5 working days. However, it has now been almost 11 days, and the courier has still not been dispatched to its destination.This delay is very disappointing, and to make matters worse, whenever I contact your customer care for assistance, the representatives respond disrespectfully and without proper awareness of the case. Such treatment is unacceptable and causes further frustration. there will be no any shipment with DTDC in future.

Worst experience ever. Not at all replying or answering calls. Not delivering service on time . Missing the delivery.

I had worst experience with DTDC. The office is hardly 6km from my house. The delivery person says they cannot deliver courier to my house as they don't have delivery to this location and expect us to collect from their office. When we refused to collect it they returned the order and falsely signed as delivered to us.Now we are fed up of arguing so we collect it ourself. This is DTDC in Rajankunte, new Yelahanka town.

Feels like a total scam. Can’t believe they’re still in business with so many bad reviews out there. How are they not being investigated yet?

I made a booking through DTDC Australia to transport my luggage from Italy to Australia with UPS. The scheduled collection day was May 1. After I completed the payment to DTDC Australia, I received an email requesting details about the contents of my luggage, which I provided. However, one week later, I still hadn't received a collection date. As a result, I decided to cancel my booking with DDTC Australia.

I waited three weeks for my refund, but it never arrived. I then reached out through PayPal to inquire about the refund of the money. Meanwhile, I decided to use another reputable company to transport my luggage, which arrived in a few days. I definitely do not recommend this company, as it offers poor service and is unreliable.

DO NOT use DTDC services to send goods overseas. They are another scammer. Send goods to Nepal and it reaches after two months and they ask 160% of the goods value as custom duty and handling fees to deliver goods to recipient. I ask them to return, they still ask custom duty to pay. I decided to abandon goods as it was unreasonable charges-160% of customers duty plus their charge. THEY ARE ANOTHRR SCAMMER. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Unreliable, mistrustful and incompetent service and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They sent incorrect paperwork to couriers, didn't disclose information on pricing, in addition to incorrect additional custom shipment fees, as well as completely ignoring follow up emails, and request to make a formal complaint or process a refund. Moreover, with no communication on their end, leaves me nothing more but to write my honest feedback for the public instead. Don't waste your time or money.

It has been over two weeks since DTDC delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and they have completely failed to resolve the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups through emails, calls, and messages, DTDC has neither tracked my parcel nor identified the driver responsible for the incorrect delivery. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. No one is taking accountability, and I have not been provided any support for a claim or compensation. Highly disappointed and would not recommend their service!

Upon receiving the parcel, it was evident that most of the items were broken, and the clothes had lost their color, some even becoming discolored due to being wet, emitting a foul smell. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering the nature of the items in the parcel, which included my wedding clothes. The condition in which my parcel arrived has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. I am seeking a resolution to this matter promptly. I kindly request information on the process for claiming a refund of the shipping fee and also compensation for the loss incurred due to the damaged items. I urge you to address this issue urgently and provide a satisfactory solution. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever dealt with I'll pick up and delivery that would normally take 2 days with any other courier service has taken over a week (still not delivered and no dtdc staff have a clue saying that they are not trained for tracking)!!!!???? and they cannot provide any tracking information online or via their emails truly pathetic and the waste of money. Do not use - you have been warned

Worst customer service. Made a booking, chased by email then by phone for paperwork to urgently be sent as I was on a deadline for my client in the US. No one got back to me. So I called and left messages. Still no one called me back. Under pressure I was forced to cancel the booking as the delay was costing my business money. Ended up going with Interparcel who picked up my three boxes within two hours of me booking on the same day. Highly recommend. Cheaper too for a 3 day express service. I then proceeded to follow up with DTDC for a refund. I filled out a form to have $1782 refunded. Was told I’d have to wait 1-3 weeks in line with their terms and conditions. I chased for the refund, which was only issued TODAY - over three weeks which is in BREACH of their terms and conditions. Yet, I have been slapped with 4% bank fees and short $70.09 for a service I never received. This isn’t the first time either, but the final straw for me. Under ANY other circumstance I would have accepted that, but in THIS situation I won’t. Unethical, unprofessional and poor customer service. I have tried to resolve this amicably but will now be taking this further. Sick of businesses doing this and getting away with it.

I have made international shipment from India , the courier did not mention about custom fee should be paid by receiver(me) and I had to pay 20,000rupees again to get a package from customs .
And when enquired regarding this they are so rude and ignorant and they even told my parents if you don't have knowledge you are not supposed to ask the questions..!! What the hell is this
I would say this is worst courier service I ever came across .
People be careful about this and I would recommend not to use this service.

This company is some kind of scam, I purchased an item online who claim to have used DTDC for the transportation. Needless to say the goods never arrived yet their tracking number shows it as being delivered. I’ve made a request on their website but it gets ignored. I am not even sure if this is a bona fide company or just some kind of scam. Their website is spurious at best and they never respond to email queries or complaints filed via their online portal. Save yourself time and aggravation, AVOID these clowns at all costs and use a reputable courier like UPS or DHL instead.

I wish I could have negative stars here...…..So many dots to portrait my silence to this company. This was the first time I have used DTDC. Going through the lot of difficulties just to get one box delivered. People whom I have talked today was very rude, not really helpful and don't know how to deal with potential customers. This should have red flag to higher management to have your staff trained and have proper mentoring. One person is even helping to track without the email request while other person refuses to do that. For sure, this company needs proper process. In this digital era, I will have send to send email and do this stuff just to track where is my parcel. I am writing this so no one else suffers as me though people around me would have the same impression, but this is just for people around the world. Thanks a lot DTDC team for your fabulous help.

Booked 1 packet containing documents weighing 355 grams from Bengaluru to deliver at Hong Kong under DTDC AIR Priority Express F. (AWB N20527879)

DTDC booked it with FeDex Tracking No. 398697831545 and did not inform. Even queries were not replied. The delivery was delayed it was delivered on the 9th day although DTDC told it will be delivered within 5 days.

DTDC cannot be trusted. This is cheating. Such things are done by Cheap Local Couriers who lured the customers and collected the consignments and find out Couriers which can accept at a lower rate or sometimes do not send at all.

World's No.1 worst courier company. Not deserved even one star. The worst company, Inefficient in providing service. Deadly delay. worst service ever. I advise all the companies not to accept nor have business with them. Even individuals also.
