DTDC ki service bilkul bekar ho chuki hai. Yeh log home delivery nahi karte, balki customer ko phone karke khud bulate hain. Had toh tab ho gayi jab inke staff ne bola ki "Ya toh khud aakar le jao, nahi toh hum wapis kar denge."
​Aisi ghatiya service se behtar hai ki koi local courier use kar lo. DTDC sirf paise lena jaanti hai, kaam karna nahi. Very disappointed! 😡

I booked an international shipment from Tirunelveli to Trincomalee and clearly informed that the parcel contains a battery. Your staff opened the parcel, checked it, and approved it for shipment.

After holding the parcel for several days, it was returned citing a battery issue. This shows lack of proper process and negligence from your team.

It has been more than 20 days and I have received no proper response. Calls are not answered, only automated email replies are sent, and the local office gives false promises.

This has affected my reputation with my customer.

I need immediate resolution – either re-ship the parcel without extra charges or provide full refund.

If not resolved soon, I will escalate this to consumer complaint authorities.

Highly disappointed.

Pathetic service. It has been more than 2 weeks and my parcel is still undelivered. No updates via phone call or messages or mail from their end. I am tired of calling and complaining them regarding this matter but they seem not to care.
Please i request people not to use their incompetant and pathetic service , it will only add to your anxiety and dismay.

One of the worst courier delivering service in India. I don't know how it is surviving in this day and age. I was supposed to get my courier two weeks back, got a message for OTP, but noone came to deliver it to my house.
I raised a complaint, and asked customer care to put it on self pickup.,

Later when I went to pick it up, they said the courier has gone back to Lucknow.

Customer care later changed their words, A guy called Tushar and a lady called Snigdha was very rude on the phone.

Very bad courier service please choose a different platform for your parcels or documents don't ever choose DTDC even if you can't find any it's better not to choose this platform. They will charge you more for fast delivery and they will delay up to one week. Please ever don't choose dtdc

I had a really frustrating experience with DTDC. When the parcel was booked, they clearly agreed to deliver it to my home address. But later on, they simply refused and asked me to pick it up from their branch, which is around 14 km away. That’s honestly very inconvenient and not what I signed up for.

I tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, hoping they would help resolve the issue. But all I got were repeated apologies with no actual solution. It felt like no one was taking responsibility or even trying to help.

This kind of service feels very unprofessional. Just because they operate through franchises doesn’t mean customers should suffer. If you’re promising doorstep delivery, you should stick to it.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend DTDC if you’re expecting reliable and hassle-free service.

Worst experience ever! We ordered a cricket bat on a holiday from UK and we entrusted it with dtdc. This was our biggest mistake. We had written out full address and they sent it to a different city in UK. Although the cities had the same sound, they are spelt differently and we wrote the correct one. They made a mistake which was still ok but they then refused to give the money back for either the bat or even just the delivery! The said we have to show them a physical receipt. They should not care how we got the bat, as we gave them a lot of money which was wasted. 0 stars!

I am waiting two month, still, my personal is not coming. I am reporting on calling 37 times and on mail 10 to 15 times. Still no response to me today. I am also complaining. He said you can wait 24 into 48 hours. I am complaining starting 25 February still today 10 April, my parcel is not come.

Extremely disappointed with DTDC’s service. I have raised multiple complaints via email and phone, yet there has been absolutely no proper response from their side. The customer support team behaves very unprofessionally and rudely — instead of helping, they talk as if they don’t care at all, saying things like “this is the answer, listen if you want.”

Whenever I try to explain my issue, they simply disconnect the call midway. There is no option to escalate the matter to a higher authority, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

On top of that, they are unable to provide a clear update on where my shipment actually is. One representative claimed it was handed over to India Post, but when I asked for the consignment number, they provided a random number that doesn’t even exist in the India Post system. This clearly feels like a false update just to avoid the issue.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of coordination and transparency. Every time I call, I get a different answer from a different person — no consistency, no accountability, and no proper tracking details. It feels like no one actually knows where the parcel is or is willing to take responsibility for it.

I have wasted so much time repeatedly following up, explaining the same issue again and again, only to be ignored or disconnected. There is no sense of urgency, no customer care, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time or concerns.

This has been one of the most frustrating courier experiences I have ever had. Pathetic service, false information, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise others to avoid DTDC if you expect even basic customer support or reliability.

Worst courier service ever. I booked the courier on 2nd Apr and it was there on the origin for good 5 days, after multiple complaints on customer service it got dispatched and arrived in destination city but still no name of delivery. I even asked for courier office address or contact so I can self pickup but no information was provided. No response on mail, no status update on tracking, no information of delivery. Very irresponsible and insensitive service. Only book from dtdc if you are fine with delivery anytime and it's not important or urgent. Worst experience ever.

DTDC is the WORST delivery platform. When my courier come to Bangalore, Whitefield Warehouse DTDC is asking me to come and pick it up 🤦🏻‍♂️. Their Customer Care says that it is because my location is a "non service able location". I live just 6-7kms from their warehouse and still they cannot deliver to me. PATHETIC. If anybody feels bad about themselves please remember that DTDC exists.

Poor, worst, irresponsible service. Everywhere, not only in one location... Better peoples can go for Blue dart service. It is better than DTDC.

To sum it up, it's like travelling to Afghanistan via Pakistan.. My courier returned (to lost at this moment) without attempting delivery at the address.....NOT recommending DTDC to anyone. Pathetic, Clueless, Arrogant customer service. If you book one from them, chances are you will run like a Headless chicken afterwards...

They just mark the delivery as delivered without even attempting to deliver. Their customer service team doesnt have any visibility and dont even provide any details where the shipment is.
