Steve arrived right on time, he was very efficient with his work and explained everything he was doing, and what to expect in the following days, he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. He was very friendly and great with my children, also answering all of their questions (relevant and non relevant).
When Steve returned a week later again he explained everything he was doing and his customer service was excellent. I would recommend his service to anyone who requires a pest removed.
